Customer Support was very responsive and provided great service!
Two agents the first one was impatient with me, if there was any miscommunication she had to be right, and she had to be reminded that I was disabled.Eventually we worked it it out and she gave me a path to follow
The 2nd agent was excellent and I am pleased with the solution

This saves a lot of time and hassle from customers if they do not need to send the damaged part (malfunctioning part) and wait for the decision I guess,
It is so sad,Ireally wanted to love this machine but it broke within a week of having it. The service buying it from Kuving direct was terrible. Wanted me to send it in for repairs less than a month of owning instead of replacing. When it gets tothe end of the water itmakes a very loud vibrating noise and can tell the motor is almost overheating so we have to unplug it and reset it. It also has a plastic piece that falls off the top of the pot into the poteach time and its floating in there. Do not waste your money on this. Service and coffee pot.are junk. Despite that giving 2 stars bc coffee is stillpretty good. ool

Received order in time but was missing one washer. I think the service was better than most companies.
The helpfulness of the gentlemen who answered my call, he verified what I needed to do and when asked he willingly provided the assistance. He was kind, patience and hated to make sure that all of my questions were answered.
The representative I spoke with was very polite and listened to my concern. She said she would send new beaters for my hand mixer (the rubber on the ends keeps coming off).
She was very respectful and helpful. I’m very grateful how timely and smoothly she was able to help us. Very impressed with the customer service!!!!
They actually listened to my issue and were very prompt in rectifying the issue.

I couldn’t send my oven back as I had to go out of town. I spoke to your representative and she assured me my case would remain open( I have confirmation email) till I returned the beginning of June. Now I’m told my case is closed. This is very confusing?

Disappointing Experience with Breville Customer Service
I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with the customer service and overall experience regarding my Breville's customer service. After purchasing this high-end unit, I expected a reliable product and exceptional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.
Since November 2025, my coffee machine has been out of commission. When I was informed that your tech team was unable to repair the unit, I anticipated a new replacement, as promised. Instead, I received a used (refurbished) machine that arrived dirty, fileld with coffee grounds, stains, and blemishes. This is simply unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns; I have no idea who used this machine before me.
The communication with your customer service has been fraught with frustration. It has taken months to reach a resolution that was not customer forward, and the only resolution we received was a one-year extension of the warranty on the refurbished unit—an inadequate gesture considering the circumstances. To add insult to injury, I was sent bags of ground coffee as an apology, despite owning a machine that requires whole beans.
Getting in touch with customer service has been an ordeal, marked by long wait times and unreturned calls. While I have managed to connect with courteous representatives at times, the overall experience has felt dismissive and unprofessional. I chose Breville based on your reputation for outstanding customer support, which has not been reflected in my situation at any level.
Given the substantial investment I made in this coffee maker, I expected much more. We deserve a resolution that honors that investment—either a brand new machine or a full refund. This experience has been a severe disappointment, and it feels like Breville has failed to uphold its commitment to customers and honestly just doesn't care about the people who purchase their products.
I sincerely hope that other Breville customers do not have to endure what we have experienced.
