The ladies that i talked to were knowlegable ,friendly,helpful,and gave me all i required to resolve my issue a truly A team .
Quick, fast, polite got my replacement right away very pleased. Now, if you just come up with a better juicer.
I really appreciated the video call to trouble shoot. The technician could see in real-time what the issue was and the problem is now solved :)
Customer service was INCREDIBLE. Never had such a good experience.
My espresso machine was 18 months old and making a bad grinding noise at lower grind size.
I was reluctant to call service and wanted to just throw machine away 😂. Way too expensive for that option. lol
At first I was annoyed at the number of questions they needed to ask to set up my account (they did warn me and apologize in advance - which helped a lot)
When the heard my espresso machine making an awful sound they said “oooh I don’t like that” and I felt like my bestie was helping.
They told me they would replace the parts of the grinder and sent it to my house in 3 days. No charge. No hassle.
Machine works like a dream again
The manual leaves a lot to be desired when following the instructions to do anything.
Customer service person was excellent.
My Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro stopped working (error E006); Breville sent me a UPS return label and a replacement within 10 days. The exchange was very smooth. Thank you.
A part came damaged, I called. Was on the phone like 15 minutes and had a new part on the way. It came with no issues.
Tried to solve the problem. Nice person. Able to have them call me back instead of wait on hold.
Made it very easy to return malfunctioning air fryer as well as promptly replacing it.
I contacted them because my new breville barista bro grinder wasn’t working properly. The told me they will send me a box so I can ship the machine after waiting over a week they told me they won’t be able to send a box and was up to me to send the machine in my own box.

Extremely easy with friendly and knowledgeable customers service officer. Breville honored their warranty. The return was easy and I received my Paradice9 very quickly.

Have not had my new machine for approx 6 weeks now. Called breville customer service , terrible service , unable to offer any other alternatives .
Not happy at all and will not buy breville again. I am not confident that the machine won’t break down again as tech said it was a computer issue.
Have told everyone I know not to touch the brand . You have made a very unhappy customer .
