Lucky was so kind to send me the beaters, but when they arrived, they were regular beaters, not whisks. i contacted Breville, and Junior listened to what happened and kindly righted the order to two whisks. Both Lucky and Junior went above and beyond with helpfulness and kindness to me.
i am happy with my new mixer and will certainly turn to Breville in future kitchen purchases!

Unfortunate, but Breville handled it very well.
Everyone has tried to do what is possible to help us with our broken toaster oven: from expediting delivery, getting us a new unit, and helping with problems with UPS. It is a shame the oven had this issue, but Breville handled it very well.
