The location was great
The location was great. Bus service great. Just confusing on arrival where you had to park. Ended up first in Zone B, then managed to find my way to Zone C, with the help of another person, who wasn't sure where to park.

Meet and greet 55 mins wait.
Booked meet and greet and was not notified of any delays in getting the car back to us and then the I love meet and greet parking agent was seemingly lying about an emergency road closure, it wasn't it was a planned lane closure that clearly showed on Google that the normal 5min journey would take 8 or 9 mins. We were waiting in the cold with our 4month old for 55mins. Terrible service and it's clear they didn't have enough drivers on shift, we could have walked it back to the car in that time.

Narrows spaces and poor bus collection
The car park spaces are too narrow for modern day wide vehicles to open their doors and exit the vehicle comfortably.
The collection buses have no fair system of pick up. On bus stop 4 we waited as 3 double length buses went past full of passengers from bus stops 1-3. If all passengers from 1-3 have been collected, the next bus should stop at bus stop 4 as its first call, not collect new passengers from 1-3!
