Barstools are beautiful, one has a slight scrape on the chrome frame and another one has a cushion out of place but I’m hoping it won’t be a problem while they are being used. They were dispatched... Mehr ansehen

Bar stools

We purchased 3 stools. There was a wide range of stools.Accurate description. Easy to order and quick delivery.
We had to fully assemble them, I would prefer part assembled but it was pretty straightforward. They were reasonably priced as well. Would recommend them.

Average

There were no staff in the showroom. We had to go and get someone. When we did we felt they were a little disinterested and just wanted to go back to their desks.
We bought 2 chairs and were concerned how they would fit in the car however the warehouse chap was really helpful and assisted us. I am not sure I would rush back.the showroom is smaller than we thought it would be.

Antwort von barstools.co.uk - the bar stool and chair specialist

Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that your visit did not fully meet your expectations. We always aim to greet customers on arrival and advise that our team is available in the adjoining office should they have any questions or require assistance.

As an online business, our team also handles telephone, email and online chat enquiries throughout the day. Our showroom is therefore intentionally left unmanned after the initial welcome, giving customers the space to browse comfortably without feeling pressured, while our team remains close by and available to assist when needed.

We’re pleased to hear that our warehouse team helped you get your new items safely into your car. We are, however, disappointed by the suggestion that our office staff were disinterested. Our team takes pride in providing a helpful service and, while balancing showroom visitors with online and telephone enquiries, remains available to assist whenever required.

Thank you again for your feedback and your purchase. We hope you enjoy your products and would be pleased to welcome you back in the future.

Kind regards,
The Barstools.co.uk Team

Fabulous quality & so easy to assemble

Fabulous quality & so easy to assemble. Great delivery service with DPD giving the day & timeslot. The stools look a lot more expensive than they are & fit perfectly under our breakfast bar. I would definitely recommend this company.
