The stools arrived quickly and were well packaged. Easy to assemble and are lighter than our previous bar stools so are easier to move around. They fitted better than expected in the space and my one recommendation to barstools.co.uk is to provide more detailed measurements as this helps when customers have a specific location where they need to fit.

After some research I decided to buy this bar chair, as I liked the design, colour and features such as the 360 swivel, and long range of height adjustment. I decided to go for the real leather version as I felt it would be more hard wearing.

I recieved the chair promptly, and when assembled, was very confortable, the leather felt nice and it functions well. But I was dissapointed as there was a small damage to the leather on the underside, and some small dents on the base. They I think may have occurred during storage or packing. Additionally whoever did the finishing on my chair didn't properly grind down some of the welds in the footrest area, and appeared to use too wide an abrasive head to finish the brushed steel effect, so there are circular scratches where it should have a horizontal brush with, not against the grain of the metal. I was now worried I was going to have an annoying process ahead of me.

This may not sound so great at first but I contacted them, and first dealt with Tracy who was very polite and understanding. She requested pics which I provided. I also dealt with Amanda at customer services who was also very nice indeed. I was then offered a partial refund and keep it, or to send it back at their expense, as it was damaged on arrival. I chose to return it for a replacement and wanted to confirm the details and what prep they required of me.

A few hours later I recieved notification that my replacement chair had been dispatched before I'd even returned the first one. Impressive, but I read on, and the message informed me that I need not return the first chair! I was blown away to be honest.

The second chair is much better. The leather is fine, and the welds are better finished. The base has a few very minor imperfections which are acceptable. The stem and outward facing part of the footrest is fine. There is some scratching against the metal grain in some of the corners where the welds have been cleaned up, but not nearly to the extent of the first chair in number and severity. Also it's in a more obscure area so not obvious. My thoughts are on a non-bespoke chair like this, is you'll never get one that is 100% perfect if you're really really strict. I will say though that the actual seat must be pretty much perfect, you don't want usage to worsen the problem.

Considering the service I have recieved, I couldn't in any conscience extend the issue, and they have promised to pass my feedback to the relevant people to improve further, and in this case I believe them.

As for the company, I certainly recommend them. I would buy from them again without hesitation. Their staff are lovely and you don't get the feeling like many companies that they just don't care. They appear customer focused, and as having been a retail manager in the past, find this the most important aspect of running a business. It takes many good customer experiences to cancel out one bad one in people's minds.

Well the stools are great but ours arrived scratched and we had to wait over 2 months for a part refund.

Love our new Osprey bar stools. They are very comfortable and stylish. We had a problem with a couple and they were replaced straight away no issue. I would use company again.

Speedy delivery and quality of seats was good for the amount we paid for them. Unfortunately one of the chairs has been damaged already. Not the companies fault.

The product offered (Rocco) is of excellent quality & reasonably priced. Assembly was straightforward & I am delighted with how they look in my kitchen. Would'nt hesitate to recommend Bar Stools to family & friends.

Great Macy bar stools. Compact. Bought 4 of them in the sale. Next day delivery. Easy to put together with clear instructions. Lightweight to move about. Good footrest. The back is low which is what we wanted but if you want a higher backrest then another stool would suit you better.

I was sceptical that they would meet the 3day delivery offered. I purchased 4 stools ,they got alot of admiration from the younger trendier friends and family so I purchased 2 more. Now we all eat at the island and the table is for the moment redundant. Real quality and style.

The very quick delivery was excellent, ordered the stools and arrived within 2 days. Great selection of stools and information on the site about each stool so you could get the measurements especially if you were very specific to a certain size and height. Would definitely use again and higher recommended. Quality is to a very high standard and definitely built to last.

Recently looking for a pair of dining chairs and came across this site. I placed an order late Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday !
They were well packed and reasonably priced. Wanted them to bolster our existing dining set and they complement what we have nicely.
Great service and would buy from them again.

Overall I'm really happy with the 3 Barstools I bought from Barstools.co.uk, if I could I would give them 4.5 rather than 5. The barstools arrived very promptly the next day, and the quality is good, I hadn't realised that there was an element of self assembly and the instructions weren't very detailed, however after an hour all three were assembled.

Arrived on time, the stools look great, easy to assemble.
