Quick and efficient service. The stools were really good quality aswell.

Good service, good product.

I purchased a couple of bar stools from Barstools.co.uk
The stools weren't the best at all and i added a review to their website, but the company didn't upload it. That's why their reviews are all high. Don't trust them.

We were able to visit the showroom a few miles from us. We could view an extensive selection of barstools and were left to do that in peace. We found a stylish, good quality, value for money barstool and were able to pay and take the boxed item home. It was easy to assemble.

Stools arrived very promptly and well packed. Very pleased with the quality of the stools and with the ease of putting them together, overall very happy.

Confusion over delivery times. Notnext day, but received in three days. Nice stools

An excellent company to deal with. Quality chairs and already assembled ! I will definitely use again . Many thanks

The barstools are great, just what we wanted.
Although the order was out of stock at the time, they made sure we got the delivery as quick as possible.

Fast delivery, fair price, good quality and multibuy, great idea....

Adore my new bar-stool. Exceptional quality and the colour is perfect for my new kitchen. Had a minor issue and Amanda from customer services dealt with it super speedily and efficiently. Highly recommend. If you need bar-stools look no further!

The gentleman that done our 3 aircon’s he spoke very well to us and explain what he was doing. Their isn’t many who clean up the way he did and wouldn’t leave anything shape laying around because we had grand children. I am so pleased he will definitely be back again

Delivery, communication great. Good price and we had an issue with one of the chairs if they resolved promptly to satisfy our requirements. Great costumer service

We are very pleased with our bar stools. They are exactly what we wanted. The colour matches our kitchen beautifully and they are really comfortable.
We were so pleased to find a showroom where we could actually see the stools and try them out.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Responded to queries very quickly, lovely bar stools for office kitchen area. Very happy :)

Great quality product at a very good price

delivered in good time and packaged carefully and easy to assemble.

Really pleased with this purcahse

First time of using this company. The ordering and delivery of the bar stools was easy and stress free. They were delivered very promptly & very well packaged, with no damage. Constructive criticism would be that the instructions for assembly were not clear at all, merely a list of parts with letters by the part name. We went on the Barstools website & watched a video of how to assemble the product, only problem was it wasn’t our particular stool. However, this still gave us a general idea of how to do it and we worked it out ourselves. We chose leather bar stools for better quality & so they would be wipeable. The quality of the leather is excellent, as are the rest of the parts. As our breakfast bar isn’t built yet we are unable to comment on the durability or comfort of the item.

Excellent quality stools. Only quibble is that the bolts provided to attach the seats to the upright are too small and that they are quite tricky to engage. However, once assembled, sturdy and very nice

Although the kitchen stools that we ordered were delivered a little late, their construction was easy, they are sturdy and look fabulous at our breakfast bar.

Good quality stools for the price and speedy delivery. There was a set of bolts missing but one short email to them and the item was sent immediately.

Just what I wanted. Arrived quickly, assembled easily, I’m told!
