I am happy with the products and prices. My only not so positive comment is that the shipping took almost 4 weeks. I ordered on the 27th of August and received the parcel on the 23rd of September.

They have authentic beauty products at a great price. I've never had to get customer services in the past 5 years as the website is quite straight forward. However I had to report an issues of the shipment packaging for my most recent order. I received prompt response and solution. I'm satisfied.

Good price but slow delivery.
I bought some expensive cosmetics for my wife through Perfume Club - it was not available through retail outlets in Australia. Their price was competitive, but delivery was very slow. When the items had not arrived in 3 - 4 weeks I contacted their customer support who instigated a search for me. I think 10 - 14 days is reasonable to expect for deliveries from Europe to Australia. The items arrive a few days later. I think they need a more reliable courier service. Apart from that, a good transaction.
