Still haven't heard from this useless company. They claim to sort things via this platform by replying to messages but nothing has been done. This is disgusting

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ROB YOU.
If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to sort out an insurance claim for over a month, being left on hold for upwards of 3 hours every day.
Today I got through to someone after the 3 hour mark and they immediately put me back on hold, another 30 minutes wait and the next person did the same. 4 bloody hours on hold now and yet again I've gotten nowhere. I end up having to waste all day every day just trying to sort this out and no one at action 365 is competent, they're all just lazy people who can't be bothered to do their jobs properly and fob you off to the next person in the hopes you'll give up being on hold. Or like on Friday after my 3 hour hold they hung up on me.
Never ever use this company or any company associated with it, they're awful and aren't to be trusted. They will just scam you.
Adding to this complaint, they were meant to pay out my insurance ages ago and they still haven't. They just make the same excuses every time I call them and still nothing happens.
Not only that, the lines for calls are know meant to open at 9am, yet people working for action 365 are so lazy they can't be bothered to open them and often by 10am the lines
still aren't open. I'm going to take this to the the paper and sue you if you don't get your act together and actually give me the money you owe, TODAY. I'm sick of waiting, I'm sick of 3 hour holds just to be told I'll be called back and you never do, I'm sick of your absolutely disgraceful customer services. Someone needs to shut you down.
I'm going to take you to court, you've had months to sort this out and yet you can't be bothered to do your jobs. How hard is it to just send a payment through? It takes 2 seconds, it's not hard yet your incompetent staff can't do their jobs.

My car was stolen in the early hours of…
My car was stolen in the early hours of 7th august. I contacted Stella straight after the police that morning to advise them and to submit a claim. My details were taken and I was advised I would receive a call back (Action 365)
Two-days later I had heard nothing so called again and was advised there was a five day turnaround due to them being busy. I waited the five days and tried again - it is near on impossible to speak to somebody and so I logged my concerns online only to receive a very poor response stating they did not deal with complaints directly only through brokers.
I telephoned Action 365 again on the 14th august to be advised initially they had no details of my claim, at which point I burst into tears. The service on the phone was rude and unsympathetic and only after pleading with them to listen to the call the week prior to prove I had logged the claim did they call me back, eventually confirming they had my claim it had been sent to a “barely used inbox”. Further details were taken about the incident and I was advised someone would call me back again. We are now thirteen days on from that call and in total now 21 from my car being stolen, with no call back at all.
I have had no support from this company, and have experienced nothing but poor service during what has been an extremely stressful and uncertain time- I have been unable to log these concerns anywhere or have a reasonable response from any of attempts I have made to continually chase them for support.
Three whole weeks without a vehicle now and I am still waiting for a call back.
Having read these reviews it seems I am not alone. Absolutely terrible service.

Frustratingly on hold for HOURS!
Why does no one answer calls or emails?! All I want to do is close a claim because it is affecting my number of years of no claims!!! I've been on hold for HOURS and sent emails to several of their email addresses, I can't even get help from my insurer (wisedriving) AVOID!.

Contracted repairs and not been paid
We are an independent garage. It took 2 months for our customers repairs to be authorised. We have spend the last 8 months chasing payment. This is now with our solicitors as we haven't had so much as an response to our emails.

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! This place is a joke. One Star is to much. You wait for 2h for them to pick up but you get dissconnected because the lines are full or if they do pick up they tell you they’ll call you back but they never do. Black box was not working properly and no one responded to emails to Sort it out. Car got stolen and never got the Courtesy car our policy said we should get.
Even if you think you can’t afford different insurance avoid them. It’s not worth the stress.

My car was hit by another car who jumped a red light and now been written off . This incident took place on 12/7/23 and I still ongoing.
Stella insurance has NIG as underwriters. I have been pushed between them and NIG. I haven’t get any updates or phone calls I have to agree action 365 is better to pick calls than NIG but overall very poor communication customer care . I haven’t paid money to them to be dealing this on my own. I haven’t had my claim settled and do not know how long it will take

Terrible Communications!
Action365 should be named NO Action 365 as their Customer Service is non-existent!
2years ago the named driver on my policy had a no fault accident which Action365 agreed. Third party disputed liability and it was going to go to court. Car got fixed ok but had no updates about the claim ever since.
From the start we were passed around different companies and had to repeat claim details. 2years on I still don't know if the claim is settled, if it went to court and who they have decided is at fault. Both myself and named driver have had to renew insurance with higher premiums because of this long outstanding claim. Also, one of the new insurers advised the CUE database shows myself as the driver on the claim, which is incorrect.
I have emailed several times, for over a month now, but get no replies at all. I called one time but was hold for 2 hours then the girl on the phone did not know if the claim was settled or who was at fault and said she would get third party to ring me! Before I could say anything further the call cut off. I tried to ring again but on hold another 2 hours before it cut off again at the end of the day. I have now emailed to complaints dept., but still silence! Next call Financial Ombudsmen for compensation, surely I must get a reply from them!
How you are ever to communicate with this company I don't know! Action365, Pukka Insurance, New India Assurance Co., MGA Claims through Sainsbury's Insurance - Avoid!

Never follow up the claim
Never follow up the claim! Never reply your emails! Never reply your calls.
I had an accident year 2022 Aug. Someone hit my car, however, that person was not insured. I have used my comprehensive insurance to sort it out. My car is fixed but I still have not heard any updated news of my claim. They never reply your emails, never reply your calls, never follow up the claim!

7 Months to settle claim...Avoid like the plague...
Until Action365 Complaints Team took over there was little to no communication in the "7 months and 4 days" it took to settle the claim. Spending in excess of 5 hrs a time in a queue to talk to someone only for the line to get cut off with no call back. Helpline opens at 11am and closed promptly at 5pm. The only saving grace was the Complaints team: Penny, Suleman and Tricia were the only people i talked to that seemed to know what they were doing . 0 stars should be an option as this claim affected my mental health and i had to employ the help of my local MP... twice... to get Action365 to talk to me.

Please keep away from this company if I could rate them a zero star I would
Every person you speak to on the phone has no idea what’s going on my car was deemed a total loss then 2 weeks later it was repairable to then the garage doing the repairs called and told me the insurance have picked the car up as it’s a total loss
The garage did not know why it was sent to them then I’ve had to ring action 365 to find out why they haven’t contacted me about my vehicle to be told we will call you back today and that phone call never comes and now for the last week I get out through to the wrong department and then they just hang up!! KEEP AWAY at all costs

I am disappointed how my claim is being handled. It is impossible to contact PUKKA services .their phone goes to full voice mail box always. They have not responded to email.
