shocking - been on hold for an hour now - someone answered after 20 minutes and said they would put me through to someone who could help - that was 45 minutes ago and still no response!
update - two hours still no response - i've been put through to the correct department twice only to be put back on hold!!

Had an accident
Had an accident, wasn't my fault. Driver admitted fault ages ago. Have been issued CiL because repairer didn't want to fix the problem. CIL was issued months ago. I've been nothing but strung along. Still waiting. Cars still in drive.
Never had such a pain with the company, there's either fire drills or a full mailbox whenever I ring. takes me two queues an hour each to get me to the person I want to speak to. The whole process has just been so stressful and unacceptable. Answer your phones?? What are we paying you for! Was told now issued and take up to 10 days. it's now been 15.
What payment system are you using? carrier pidgeon.

After reading the negative reviews I was worried about ringing up, but I didn’t have to wait on hold for long and the woman on the phone was lovely and sorted my issue out quickly.
The whole experience was a shambles
The whole experience was a shambles. Couldn’t get through to anyone and was constantly being passed onto lines that went dead, also had the phone put down on me. Was never given a courtesy car despite my car being fixable, and had to spend hundreds on insuring a temporary car. Constantly had to chase them and had 0 Contact whatsoever. Will not be using this company after renewal.
Charlatans
Charlatans. Their customer service phone number is a disgrace. They are very unhelpful with claims and when you try to set up new insurance with another provider you find they have misreported previous claims. They do not provide a courtesy car as stated and their garages are very slow in repairing damage. Strongly avoid.
Worst Company Ever! Avoid! Avoid!
Worst company ever. Never ever go through Action365. Useless and time wasters. Always keep you on hold over an hour and still don't have the answers to your query. Most unprofessional company i have ever came across. Will reply your email will never update you about the case. You have to chase every time.
