I wish I didn’t even have to give one star to be able to write a review on them.
They are absolutely terrible. PLEASE if you’re thinking of insuring your vehicle with this company… DO NOT!! I was unfortunate enough to be involved in an RTC in July. Trying to get in touch with them is hard, speaking to someone is hard, having communication with someone who speaks clear English is hard… I have raised numerous complaints where Zurich have now taken over the complaint on their behalf and are dealing with it much better. Financial ombudsman has also now being verified. Avoid avoid avoid
Absolutely ridiculous company
Where to start. I have never experienced such a poor and non-professional company like Action 365. I can sincerely understand how they are so poorly reviewed and I’m assuming the 5 star reviews are either fakes are from bots of some sort.
I was involved in an accident way back in 2022 where I was injured. I finally got an update September 2025 that the insurers (action 365) accepted liability and my claim went to offer, of which I accepted. I was then passed onto to be dealt with Action 365 and to say it is a waste of time is a complete understatement. For days I have been calling all their available phone numbers to which there is absolutely no answer, it just rings and rings. When I press another option just to get through to someone, they are very unhelpful and just say they will put me through, to then again, there be no answer on the phone. I have sent countless emails to countless email addresses of them and again no answer. Not even acknowledgment. The case handler I have been assigned, her email address isn’t even accepting emails! It is absolutely ridiculous how a company can be allowed to operate and represent cases like this who are just completely incompetent.

Had an RTC in June 2023 (3rd party fault) and still have received no compensation. They admitted liability and have fixed the car have been really slow in responding to anything! Just spoken to my solicitor again who is now advising we take it further and make a complaint to the FOS. It was that long ago I can't even put the correct date as it doesn't go back that far...

Still no communication from an accident that happened over 18 months ago, told on the phone the claim will be closed to then be advised via email they will not close even though the other party has not contacted in over a year which by the guidelines told to me it would be closed by that point

Very easy to deal with very helpful and clear on all aspects . Everything very well explained and even though some of the questions are a bit tedious they have to be asked.

09/04/2025 UPDATE STILL NOT RESPONDED…
Update 226/15 absolutely disgusted still not received my payout even though the courts have settled due to the other party not responding after two years of contacting them. Now the money is owed carpenter I feel that carpenter should just pay more money and sort it out with the other party. Every week I have to email chasing payment. For a no fault to claim of 3K now have to complete enforcement on the company to get them to pay my money. What sort of company does not pay their bills or make a settlement. Update 16/4/2025 the court have now authorised and settled my claim action365 have 4 to 6 weeks to pay I doubt this is gonna happen they’ve replied to my post but I’ve given me no contact name or details to sort this out with them. So how am I supposed to do that? All I want is the money that’s owed to me. I’ve waited over two years. This didn’t have to go to court if they had responded to a no fault claim by carpenter’s insurance . SOU1128_01704 . My vehicle DN18DLV . Just pay what you owe.

Mulsanne Insurance also know as Action 365 !!! even if not fault claim . They will make you go to court wait all this time , even though claim no fault , been going on since 15/02/2023 still not settled .Terrible , unprofessional company do not used them and Go Help !! you if you have to deal with them or your insurance company have to !!! they still get there money

Early 2020 A van maliciously drove up the side of my car along a very busy motorway after I safely turned into his lane after checking and indicating, ramming into my car swinging it across 2 lanes...before speeding off down the motorway..... Leaving a huge dent and amplifying trauma. I'm still speechless thinking about it. My friend, passenger side, immediately noted the vans numberplate and called police immediately....they seemed to take it seriously and claimed they were sending the out police to try find this van. We were on our way to the airport. A few days after arriving home I tried to chase up the situation, spending hours being passed from 1 police department to the next. There was "no record of our call". Absolute disgrace. I had contacted my insurers who passed to action 365 saying the van (ofcourse!!) disputed and denied any liability...absolutely no one in their right minds would do this down the motorway to someone who pulls safely into their lane......I spent hours trying to see if their would be any footage /CCTV as I had no dash cam..nothing..no record or call nothing ..after hours of so much stress we decided to leave it.....just over 4 years on I'm suddenly receiving emails /apparently calls saying the 3rd are threatening legal proceedings (the absolute audacity?!!) I have cptsd. Whether this is true or not , either way I'm absolutely disgusted at the nerve of the situation.
