Worst company ever!
This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my whole life! More than 2 years and simple 50/50 case has not been closed. They never provide any updates. You have to call them every time. Customer Service is not able to access internal data to provide feedback if the case has been moved to another department (within Action365). In addition, they cannot provide you phone number to that another department! So what is the purpose of the customer service here?! The best situation is now... I called them today and I have been informed that my case has been transferred to another external company and they cannot help me anymore!!! Can you imagine they shifted your account to 3rd party without any communication/announcement.
Please make sure you won't use them as your case will be opened forever and you wouldn't have a clue what is the current status and who is dealing with your issue! After the feedback below I would like to ask Action365 to comment the event that my case has been taken over by another company without any communication with me. How you deal with it? Now I am in the situation that I have no one to come back and ask about my case! And NO I do not accept your apologies as you didn't resolve any of my issues!

No pay out!
I was involved in a car accident back in April 2022 when the other driver went through a red light and crashed into the side of us. I had a phone call from Action 365 on Friday 19th April that I can accept the claim pay out that day, which I did as it took almost 2 years to get something out of them. On Wednesday 24th
April, I emailed to ask for an update and was told on Tuesday 23rd April that the payout got authorised by a manger and I should have the money shortly. Forward to Thursday 2nd May I still have no money and I can't get in contact with anyone about this pay out! Awful company and I will advise anyone not to use them!
I have also been advised by Official injury that if they don’t make payment tomorrow prior to the 10 day notice arrangement. I will have to take this to court!!!
I honestly don’t understand how this company is still standing as most of the reviews are 1*

I have a claim going on since the 17 Oct 2023 and have no idea what's going on still I've been left without a car since I lost my job because i could no longer get there I fell in to debt because I'm still paying finance and insurance for a car i cant drive it feels like they are doing everything not to sort my claim out had to go citizens advice because i was sick of being passed around and nothing happening

I have been fighting with them for nearly 3 years to pay a claim out which has gone to a CCJ because they didn't pay the costs out on time. I still have the CCJ on my records and still fighting to get tis removed.. absolute shambles of an insurance company

Unbelievably slow response times to emails. Nobody there is interested in or capable of handling a fake-claim money scam, which has also meant I've been unable to get Insured at all. Complaints process is useless

They denied any wrong doing even told my solicitor their shared information about me when clearly disputer doctor claimed also ..No apology
