3 years now the line still putting to…
3 years now the line still putting to blame for third party hitting me!! Have proof the third party hit me and they took responsibility not even a month later!!! Yet here I am paying the premiums like its my fault, to me it looks these insurance companies are in it together to get more money out of you!!! I should now also be getting 7 year no claims bonus but because action365 clearly scamming me affects my bonus and last insurers say I only have 3 years, be careful I will be taking this further. Quick enough to reply to this review but you lot trying to sort matters is out is unreal Just tell my new insurance the truth, scammers

Action365 dealt with my claim swiftly and with little fuss
Action365 dealt with my claim professionally, and in a timely manner. Rachel understood that there's a lot of stress for a customer when putting in a claim, and so made everything easy to follow and kept in communication. I felt as though she understood that keeping me in the loop was important, and that's what she did.

My claim has been woth thier finance department all finished all evidence gathered all ready to just release funds since 4th June 2024 the claim started in January 2024 and we are now in october!!!
The responce to this review is going to be one that is as generic as they can possibly make it!

Lodging my claim and arrangeing the vehicle repair
Robyn, the claim consultant, was kind, calm, and efficient. There were no endless questions or heaps of paperwork—just a straightforward 5-minute phone conversation.
Within three hours of lodging the claim, the claim handler called me. Like Robyn, they were kind, compassionate, helpful, and demonstrated excellent customer focus.
Just two minutes after the call with the claim consultant ended, the garage contacted me. Within a few minutes collection had been arranged for the following week, showcasing superb customer service. While I was still on the phone, I received an email from the repair company asking simply that I upload images to their portal which was quick and easy to do. The entire process took less than ten minutes.
The overall service from all three handlers and both businesses was calm and efficient, with kindness and compassion shown by all involved. I’m genuinely impressed by how swift and effortless the process has been (so far).

Careful before buying a policy from freedom broker /action 365
Freedom broker /Action 365 complaint department doesn't help at all. They will charge extra £100 for new business fees which is crime.
Please don't buy any policy from these mediators as they work on behalf of other insurance companies.
Lookfater your money even for claims they are really negative and unprofessional
You will loose your claim read all the reviews first

Pretty Good. Wouldn’t Recommend.
The process of claiming for my car was pretty simple and straightforward. It’s just a slight shame that the lines are open up until 5pm since I work a 9-5 job with strict phone use policy but service was still accessible via email, so I appreciate that option. Other than that it was pretty smooth sailing. I would like to say I’d use their services again but I’d rather not; it’s not exactly socially nor financially acceptable to get into a car accident.
