still not paid out
had an accident back in december which was the fault of the 3rd party. Pukka are the 3rd party insurer. Have been told on numerous occasions that payment had been made and will be in my bank in 3-5 working days but still no sign of it (that is of course when they choose to respond). Was told last week it had been escalated to head office as a priority but still no sign of the money. it is getting beyond a joke

It has been more than a year since my accident despite taking the matter to ombudsman and they made the decision that my car need to be repaired action 365 authorised the mechanical repair by BMW and then refused to do the body repair saying total loss but they are not complying and yet not paid the repair to BMW the customer service is ziro many times I call they dont answer the phone and when they do they say someone will call me back but they never do its a very dodgy company

Hi action 365 what a joke car was stolen November 2023 I’ve jumped threw hoops to comply with everything they wanted just one excuse after another it’s now 3rd April 2024 still haven’t paid my claim!!! Never reply to emails I send you get treated like your a criminal so disgusted by the treatment they give you more excuses day after day month after months!!! Action365.co.uk is an unequivocal sham of an insurance company. Despite the case(ref:637983)(Policy number-PACVMUL8PN80026808) dragging on for a year and their acceptance of liability five months ago, they have shamelessly failed to fulfil their obligation. All requested evidence and proofs had been provided, after which they accepted liability before five months, yet they have since failed to respond or make any acceptable payment. Their egregious lack of communication is appalling; there is no one available to address concerns over the phone, and emails go unanswered. Despite numerous attempts to engage them, they have deigned to respond to only two emails, both of which merely acknowledge their liability without any action. This blatant disregard for their responsibilities underscores their fraudulent practices. Rest assured, I will pursue all necessary legal avenues to hold them accountable for their deceitful actions. They are an absolutely dodgy company to deal with.

I had an accident in may 2023
I had an accident in may 2023. My car was totalled!
My insurance told me I had to claim my excess back from my the 3rd parties insurance.
I emailed action 365 in June of 2023 and only heard back from them march 2024. It took them 9 months to come back to me. They requested further information to be able to make the payment. I am still waiting on the payment nearly 3 weeks on when advised it would only take 5 working days.
I'm appalled by this company. I will be opening a case with the ombudsman, as they are not returning to me the money I am owed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES
I have just come of the phone after speaking to someone.And to my shock I have been told there is no file on claim reference that I gave 603215 I also gave the registration number of my vehicle BX61 VLB Date of accident 21/02/2022.
Reg No their drivers vehicle DV08 ACU.
I have trying to sort this out and after several E MAILS last one 18/09/23.
I have proof of previous e/mails from initially Safina Rafiq /Sarah Martin/Rosina Mily..It seems like they have buried this as to why there is no trace.
This is the WORST customer service I have experienced.
May I request someone to look into this and settle this before I get legal action on this.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I was in an accident in Oct 22 where i was at fault and my car was a total loss. The company is impossible to get in contact with. I recently received court documents stating that the other party is claimimg for personal injury. I have been trying to get in contact with action 365 to discuss this for the past 2 weeks with no success. I have also sent multiple emails with no reply. There is a deadline to respond to this court action and i am totally in the dark about what to do.
