Rebecca was very kind and patient. I am ill, and still new to car insurance in general, as a newer driver. She explained carefully and in an easily understandable manner what was needed from me, and what the next steps were. My only issue was getting through to the correct company. I had to be passed from wise driving as I could not easily find a direct contact number for yourselves. Other than that, very efficient and helpful service. Thank you

Bad Debt They don't pay
We are a business who had written authorisation to complete work on their clients vehicle. The car was returned fully repaired and the client signed a note of satisfaction to that effect. That was in October 2023. Despite numerous emails and calls on a weekly basis, wasted time spent, we still have not been paid, all staff state there is no reason why we have not been paid...SO PAY UP your debt. Their complaints department is useless too as they just tell you the same story. We can't speak to a manager, despite asking for 3 calls backs, no one can speak to accounts , they don't take calls, emails only from staff. My patience has clearly came to an end, even sending an email stating we will take them to court, seeking compensation makes no difference. We are now instructing lawyers to take them to court.

Better off having no insurance stay away
one star is too much!!!! This company are the worst insurance company ive had to deal with apart from Acorn. My claim has been going on with them for not far off 2 years now. But the person they insured that rammed my car when i was broken down who was over the drink drive limit has already been paid out (apparently) I was almost killed by the person insured with them. Over 2 weeks has passed since they were due to pay me out via Flint Bishop. After I reluctently accepted there Joke of an offer the 3rd time. Always a reason to require more documents from me to buy more time since every stage of my claim This company should be closed down and not be allowed to call them selves an insurance company. They would be better off running a circus as they are a massive bunch of clowns!!!!!

Red flag ! Scam be aware !
Please please don’t believe in recent reviews here Please check Google reviews too and you’ll see who these people are.Don't believe in their replies here they will misled you to make you think that they are not who they are.
If you had to deal with this department it means you are another victim of their SCAM.
One word tho describe those people SCAMMERS Their business model or should I say scam is based on a simple Ponzi scheme system All matters to them is money coming in and the customer is not important They sell you a cheap product with all good looking benefits with it for cheaper price that you would not find elsewhere and the problem starts when you claim as there is no money to cover what you’ve been promised in your terms and conditions and what you’ve paid for.
This is a scam network and a lot of others are involved. I’m investigating them for more than a year now as I was a victim of their scam too.No matter what they say to you to make them look good it’s a lie don’t believe in any word they saying. Now the main company there is Mulsanne insurance with is registered and regulated by FCA in Gibraltar.
Please remember when you take your insurance read who is underwriting your policy be aware of Mulsanne as they are on the top of this scam network. They have many brokers and they constantly changing brokers to mislead you.
They will mislead you and gain time again and again until you’re tired and exhausted and you give up.
We have power to stop this but we need to be united so please share this and make everyone around you aware and remember MULSANNE INSURANCE is the main underwriter and they are on the top of this scam ladder before you buy your premium check who underwriter is !
Their scam network is slowly falling apart and they are aware of this it’s a matter of time Don’t believe in their replies here and reviews their ship is sinking and they are just trying to catch the last breath with all lies but they don’t understand something that KARMA will always come back and the truth will prevail.
