Totally terrible service
I had an accident in August 2022 it was third party claim I/e not my fault. Third party owned up and should be a straightforward claim, not with Accident 365 it’s now been over a year and claim still not resolved despite i found a reputable repair shop who deal with 365 claiming they can fix my car within budget of the car being written off. I was told car value was £2220 and if I wanted to keep my car and do a contract repair I’d lose my NCB which I would then have to chase up with Sainsbury’s to claim NCB back plus an admin charge I’ll receive £1798. Once money was received I only got £1600 and after several phone calls later well in excess of 60mins on hold each time the advisor admitted it was her mistake how I asked not sure was the reply still the advisor said she will look into this and get back to me well 3 weeks later no return call or email so since 09:00am to 09:30 and after 2mins of going through the initial channels it comes back with we are closed our opening times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so why after 6 calls all after 9am on a Tuesday are they still closed. Absolutely terrible service and would not recommend to anyone to use this company

Friendly, professional service
I had to contact this company due to a car accident I was involved in. The claims handler I spoke to was Pete Keating and he was fantastic at explaining the process. He was really clear, and answered my questions, and explained what my options were in a way that was easy to understand. It made the whole process far less stressful that it may have been otherwise. Does this company even exist ? No phone no reply
We have had an accident with a third party policy holder of action365 on 25th of sep 2022
Yes 2022 1 year and 3 months ago the third party has admitted fault over 1 year a go and they have settled the car which was a wright off but they haven’t settled the injury claims our solicitors has advices us they haven’t replied for over 6 months yes over 6 months

Me and my partner both tried to contact them turns out they don’t even have a phone number they have no way of talking on the phone … never heard of an insurance company having no phone . They have us a email to email them no reply I personally sent 3 emails my partner 2 emails no reply .
I am scared in case this is a fraud ? Like this company doesn’t even exist . Anyone has any advice for us ? What can we do ? Should we get a separate solicitor try to take them to court ?

I've had a chat with Amy Fry and they were awesome and very friendly to me to resolve my issue long standing with a liar on the other side continuously trying to con the incident on me. But these guys took my evidence and thoughts together to resolve it well.

Action365 took months to help sort out…
Action365 took months to help sort out my claim. I had to call them almost everyday for over 3 months to get my claim sorted. It was as if my calls were what prompted them to move to the next step of the claim.
But I have to say that once Kango got involved with my claim, things moved pretty quickly from there and my claim go sorted. Thanks Kango

Do not use this company my daughter had…
Do not use this company my daughter had a accident nearly two years ago and she has now received a court letter for damages she caused when she had the accident as this company will not answer any emails or phones regarding this matter . Up to now it up to 21 thousand and she will end up ccj . And she does not live with me anymore which will cause my address to get bad credit . Disgraceful why do we pay insurance

Awful service. Was supposed to receive payment over 20 days ago to reimburse something they should have paid out on. Now having no response to emails and every phone call being told the payment has been re issued. Never received. DO NOT USE.
