My car was written off by another…
My car was written off by another driver on 31/08/23.
For 13 weeks I have rung every week, sometimes hanging on for an hour, being transferred & speaking to 3 different people. Each time there is an excuse. You did nothing for 6 weeks by which time my car was scrapped, so it couldn't seen by your assessor. Having an accident is highly stressful. Your company makes it even more stressful. No-one ever rings you back. It's never possible to speak to a manager or the accounts dept. I am still waiting for my payment.

Shockingly useless
I find it quite annoying that I have to give these clowns even one star. One of their customers drove into my car. Car got repaired after a quite drawn out process. I was told that parking costs for the hire car would be reimbursed - it's permits only where I live so I had to buy a visitor permit. Since then they have virtually totally ignored ,e . I have spent hours trying to call them and been on hold for so long that I have run out of time and had to return to work. I have left voicemails when prompted and nobody ever called me back. The one email response I did get was to say they didn't know who I was and had no record of the reference number. I replied with a screen shot of their own email clearly stating the reference number which they themselves gave me and now deny all knowledge of. I raised a complaint and didn't even get an acknowledgement and so I have today raised a case with the financial ombudsman. If you pay these jokers money to insure you then I feel sorry for you. And the same for anybody who has the misfortune to be in an accident with somebody insured by them.
Please do not respond to this comment by telling me the claim ref doesn't exist unless you're prepared to see the emails I have which state this very claim reference number

Amy was extremely professional, helpful, understanding and friendly, dealt with it all really promptly to put my mind at rest. Rachel then called very quickly after and again was very professional, helpful and friendly to arrange the next step. Everything from both of them was explained clearly and answered all my questions so I knew exactly what was happening and when. Couldn’t ask for more.

There was an error made on my account. Despite my file being large an arduous - it had been going on a long time- Thomas was amazing. He stuck with it, investigates the problem and solved it. I can honestly say, he was a godsend. Many thanks Thomas!!! A*

Reassuring call after bump
After my wife had a small bump in a car park I contacted and spoke to a lady about the situation (as person she bumped in to wouldn't provide details), very friendly and took all the information putting our mind at ease over it all (we've never had to put a claim in before).
Reassured us that everything was information purposes only in case the other party put a claim in with their provider.

This would be a zero if was possible
This would be a zero if was possible, this company is horendous, never call back, tell lies, my daughter was involved in accident 3 months ago, she still hasn't been paid out, every time she phones she gets nowhere, they have paid her finance out, but not her, no managers will accept a call, I work in customer service and have never experienced anything like this absolutely horrendous service. We are giving it 24 hours for my daughters money to go into bank and if not we have already spoken to citizens advice who has informed us to go to the financial ombudsman!

Having been in an accident the company were really great about everything. Thomas who I spoke to updated me on my claim , spoke to me about the process and explained everything very clearly
Thomas was very polite and well mannered and made me feel at ease explaining the process. I would highly recommend this company

I had a rear windscreen broken in my Mini.
Nearly 7 weeks later I am still waiting for my car to be released.
The problem now is the repairing Mini garage has put Action 365 on 'stop' as Action 365 owe a load of money for past repairs- resulting in my car being held 'hostage' to this debt.
Do not use this company, they are dishonest and the level of service you will receive is beyond pathetic.

Great customer service from Amy today on the phone. First person who really helped me and didn't pass me to any other departments. Amy answered all my questions and also made me feel at ease through out the call. She was very empathetic towards my situation and was very polite, friendly and courteous throughout the call.
