A broken rear windscreen is all that I was claiming for, and the level of service has been pathetic.
2 months and my car is still not repaired- this was just a rear screen!!!!
Contacting you has been so bad…. Long waits on calls, have made several complaints and nobody calls.
I will wait for the repair to be completed, and then I am moving to a company that cares.
So bad, your company should be embarrassed!

They never answer phone calls and it is impossible to get a hold of the right person
Having been transferred to the payments team, I have never got a hold of someone.
I have tried to phone them numerous amount of times and have been left on hold.
I have logged the amount of times ive tried to get through and recorded the wait times.
It has been over an hour before I gave up.
How is this professional and how are they able to get away with it !
I will never be insuring myself with Sainsbury’s after this ordeal.
Shocking service overall and very unhelpful.

The major problem that I should mention, is that each department keeps palming the problem off to another department. Turns out, when I initially got through to the claims team, they referred me to the payment team. Once I had eventually gotten through (2 hours wait), they had informed me that all they had to so was send an email. What an absolute P*** take. Stay well clear of this company. Seeing as they have responded to this review with a generic feedback. Theyll most likely take even longer with processing my claim.

impossible to speak to anyone
after my son registered a claim back in june 2022 it has not been rosolved for the 3rd party and in september 2023 my son recived court papers to claim the money back from him as action365 have done nothing. over the last week have sent all paperwork over to action 365 via email and have tried calling numerouse times but on hold for over 3hrs one time and 2hrs on a couple of occasions and have had no response from them.
Its an absolute joke

Not able to retrieve my claim details to submit for renewal to another company!
No response to any email other then automated response received reply!
When tried calling ,No one has any clue and keep directing some Manchester line who never picked phone in last 1 month by daily call trying for 1 hr!!
What kind of customer service is this!?
my insurance is due for renewal on 9 th October 2023 and I think they don’t understand anything how a customer feels!

No communication from them it’s took 3 weeks after them receiving my bank details and numerous phone calls that was 2 hours on hold for the same answer I go5 weeks ago 3-10 days

Nicole was just really friendly and helpful, to be quite honest. Very patient and efficient too - and though she wasn't able to fully solve my issue (her hands were tied as my policy was sold to me by Freedom Brokers and not Pukka directly), she did very much make me feel like stuff was Getting Done, and when you've been bounced around brokers and claims departments and telematics companies like I have in the past week or so, that's a feeling I very much appreciate as a customer. :)

Keep well away from this company, they do not reply to emails and the telephone number you are left on hold for hours at a time and then cuts off there is no way of speaking to anyone, for over a month now I’ve been trying to contact this company regarding repairs done to vehicle, I’m now sorting a debt collection company to receive my payment

Why are such companies as Action 365 / Parker Services given licence and allowed to continue to operate?
My experience with the insurance claim agents is the same as all other mentioned here; getting in touch with them is a long and stressful ordeal and the outcome is the same-false promises.
Initially when I contacted them about my claim, I requested the option to find my own garage within easy reach of home, which they then declined. This was back in May, 2023. They also promised provision of a replacement vehicle during the repair period. Fast forward to repeated call and emails about when the garage would get in touch, and it then went full circle, where they told me to find my own garage at beginning of August. The garage did their but immediately and photos were sent, but since then it has gone back to me taking time off to make calls, which takes hours fpr anyone to talk to me. Their agents lie with promises that their engineers will approve the repairs either on the day that I am calling it next day, and this has been the games they are playing with me up to this point. In the mean time, my vehicle sits idle with potential battery failure due to lack of use.
If you asked me who actually insures my vehicle, I'd tell you "no idea" as they operate via a hood of subsidiaries, which in iself snells of money laundering

terrible company, they don’t reply to any emails. However they like to send you lots of emails, threatening to cancel policy without any reason. Oh and with the box they provide you , you are only allowed to drive when it’s light outside. So during winter months, that would be between 9 am and 4pm. Of course that’s not explained in the policy. They Increased my premiums without any explanation. I had to go through financial ombudsman to get my money back , if I could give 0 stars I would.
