Quick, Efficient and Thorough.
We had our survey done quickly and received the report back the next day, this gave clear pictures of potential problem areas and provided a list of possible costs. I had a call with Jack the following day to discuss some further areas in more detail and got the information I needed.

Excellent fast service
I had requested a RCIS Survey from Able Surveyors. They were excellent at producing a detailed report of the property quickly. It was great to have photos included in the report making it easier to highlight any areas of concern. I would recommend them to other people as they provide a fast and friendly service.

I’ve used able surveyors 3 times on 3 properties I wanted to purchase and they have been very efficient and thorough. Their prices for level 3 survey, emails and reports have been very good and i’ve recommended them to my sister who has used them and received the same. Excellent job by Jack and the team at Able. We employed them for a Level 3 report as we were interested in buying a flat in a converted old build. Thankfully, Jack found a couple of issues we were not aware of (and which would cost us more than 10k ) which led us to renegotiate the price with the sellers. Jack even called us out of office hours to guide us through the report and explain to us which issues to prioritise. Would highly recommend their services and we would definitely use Able again!

I would like to thank Able Surveyors for their professionalism in detecting some potential structural issues as well as dampness which I would not have been aware of. My survey brought to my attention cost implications which I was able to factor in before I purchased my property. My survey was very user friendly and received promptly. It enabled me to have work carried out before I moved in which was brilliant. I appreciated their professionalism and expertise and financially found them very competitive. Professional service
I used able surveyors because a friend recommended their services. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. The office made the process very simple and explained clearly what was involved within the reports and survey. I received the report 2 days after the survey was conducted, which was very detailed. I also received a follow up phone call from Jack to go over the report which was very helpful as I had some queries regarding the roof and chimney stack. Overall, a good service and reasonable priced. Would highly recommend.

More than a survey, a list of lies
The survey did not highlight anything suspicious, because they probably used a template.
When I moved into the property I found:
Broken toilet bowl that I had to replace.
The other toilet cistern was broken and I had to buy a new one.
Water infiltration in the bathroom (they said there was no infiltration at all).
The deck in the garden was completely rotten and I had to dispose it.
They said there was underfloor heating and there was none.
The plaster under the stairs collapsed but they did not say anything about it.
When I wrote them an email they said the surveyor had moved to another company and they could not answer.
Then they stopped replying to my emails for good.
The most unprofessional company.

Amazing Service
The survey was booked the day after I enquired and scheduled for the following week. The report was emailed to me the next day! Extremely quick turnaround and a very reasonable price. The report was detailed and they were quick to respond to any queries I had. Cannot rate them more!

Own director lier !!!
The director Dean was the one submitting the survey for our future buyers. Same day he visited us - very polite and nice and we kindly asked him how was the survey - his feedback/opinion. His reply was “all fine nothing to worry about no issues” - he did only mention one issue about the chymenys. After an hour that he left - I got a call from the agency saying that Dean did report the opposite to my future buyers - saying that house is not safe & problems with the windows (when actually he didn’t even open one window in his visit) and we never had any issue with our windows and mentioning cracks when he never mentioned anything during his visit. Totally disappointing - I did text him and no answer back. How you can lie people like that !!!!!
