Booking and payment for the survey was quick and straightforward. The survey was carried out on time and we received the full report within a week. The report itself was very detailed and clearly colour‑coded to highlight the severity of each issue. Had a follow up call with Alex which also was very helpful.

It was very quick and easy to book in and pay for the survey. The survey was booked in same week, and we had a copy of the report within another week (this with the Easter bank holiday inbetween). The report was very detailed and colour coded according to seriousness of matter. The follow up phone call was very helpful - Alex helped us understand in more depth the parts of the report that we wished to focus on.

They have a simple to use booking system and sent some free extra information prior to my survey. Once I got the report back I was impressed by how detailed it was, they included photo evidence of everything they raised or looked at. I was offered a follow up phone call to go through the survey, but as it was so detailed, I opted not to have this. Overall I am happy with the experience.

Really impressed with the service received on a residential property we were purchasing. Smooth process, easy to book and track process. Survey was booked within a few weeks and the report was available less than a week later on the date they committed to. Survey was very thorough with many photos and a follow up call after was really useful to ask any follow up questions and so we were comfortable with the the report. Overall really satisfied and would use this surveyor again.

Great availability, they have a live diary even as your booking to go ahead. The Report is detailed coupled with the follow up call was really useful. I would've just liked some high level estimate costs in addition to the issues highlighted.

Decided to get in touch with London & Kent Surveyors after seeing such great reviews online. From start to finish communication was great. The survey itself picked up on all areas required, and an added bonus of having some close up images taken of the roof via a drone. Other surveyors do not offer this service. Quick turn around on the report, had the results within 3 working days which you can't argue with. Was offered a follow up call to discuss the report and whilst we haven't needed to do that, great to even have the option.

The whole experience was impeccable from start to finish. Everything is organised in a hassle-free way and the service covers all aspects of the survey, including a call with the surveyor to discuss the findings. The price reflects the comprehensive service provided. The report was prepared in line with RICS standards, and the survey also included a roof inspection with a drone, which many surveyors charge for separately. I would definitely use L&K Surveyors again if I were purchasing another property.
