Efficient and prompt with the arrangement of the survey, turned the report around ahead of their proposed timescales. Would use again!

Pricing wise super competitive to a few other quotes I got.
Timing wise they got the survey booked in pretty quickly.
Report wise, really liked the 'Headlines' email received the next day to give us an idea of what was included and coming. The full report then came quicker than we expected (on a Saturday) and the detail and pictures were of a good quality.
I then emailed a couple of queries back to Ross and got a call 90mins later where he went over them points and also a couple of others I brought up on the phone - he also said that he's on hand should any other queries come up from our Solicitors as we progress which I thought was a great touch.

Ross Magee was absolutely amazing which is why I am reviewing this company 5*. The level 3 survey I purchased revealed a wide array of issues on my flat which Ross kindly took time to explain to me in depth on multiple occasions. He made himself available and helped me to understand the report in order for me to make sufficient decisions moving on from that point. The level 3 survey itself was very thorough and I think he did a great job of reviewing the property in detail. Given he also went on holiday during this time, Ross still made himself available during an extremely stressful and time restricted period for myself. Ross truly went above and beyond.

I have used Able Surveyors on multiple properties and they are incredible and a pleasure to work with. Jack Sullivan and Dean Davidson reviews have been so thorough. The level 3 report is available within 24 hours and is so detailed. Web post the report the surveyor is very responsive and happy to help with any follow up questions.

Most recently we got a level 3 homebuyers survey from Jack who sent a thorough report just a few days after the survey and made himself available to answer questions on email for anything we didn't understand.

On previous occasions we have also had reports from Dean who also is able to answer questions and is super approachable.
