Good service. Product is what we wanted and the fitter did a good job. Very pleased.

Really excellent company- from start to finish- advice excellent- given the best, honest view that actually was not the most expensive carpet and the service, information on installation times and the fitter was superb.
Cant rate this company highly enough- Charlie & Rob both really care about their customers and it shows with the level of servicem wuality of their products and no doubt one of the very best places to get carpet or wood flooring.

Very professional service. Both Charlie and Rob were approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and greatly helped us to sort out our flooring issues. Their staff were also really good at what they do and carried out the work in an efficient and tidy manner. We will use this service again.

Great quality brilliant service and excellent value for money. The best carpet fitting company we’ve ever used.

Always at the end of the phone if needed, or will get back to you very quickly.
Had a small issue in one small area [not floor layers fault tho.] and they were extremely professional and prompt in dealing with it to full satisfaction. All involved pleasant and professional.

Quick, professional and competitive estimate. The carpet fitters worked extremely hard, left the place spotless and the carpets look great. Good job! Thanks.

Very satisfactory all round

Always an excellent service from 123 floor. Thank you

Good service, pleasant and Accommodating and carpet fitted very quickly. Would have been a five if we had not found a pull in the hall carpet although it was very small I.e. 1 or 2 strands only and easily repaired.

We had a staircase runner fitted over two floors. The guys knew exactly what they were doing - from initial advise all the way through to installation. Really happy with the final result!

Once again after many years as a customer, 123 exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Really pleased with 123Floor. Excellent customer service. Amtico flooring to bathroom installed to high standard and on time. Would highly recommend.

Amazing, really good service from start to finish. The fitter also went really above and beyond to help us.

Very pleased with service. Carpets looked really good and I was particularly impressed by their ability to move (and replace) heavy furniture so competently. Thank you.
