We got there on the end but disappointing service. First via email I was told they couldn’t come on the agreed date, which messed up my work plans and then when they did come Wayne, our fitter who was fantastic didn’t have the right tools. He kindly agreed to come back the following weekend to save me having me to take even more time off. No word from
Head office or apology from them. I wonder if they have got too big?

Reply by them not quite accurate i chases Charlie. As I said Wayne superb. Quality of floor good but head office disappointing. Thank you

Nice people to buy from - they’re friendly, they arrive when they say they will for the quotation and the fitting and they do a quality job - can’t fault them. Prices seem fair - we’ve had two rooms done with Amtico as two separate jobs and I’m really pleased with the results - Thank you!

Very efficient service and excellent workmanship

As ever great service, did best to accommodate our time scales and professional staff. Thank you

We are very pleased with the service we received, from choosing our floor to the installation. Our floor looks beautiful and we are very happy.

Good, friendly service & great carpet

Fantastic service, amazing quality. You have transformed our house into a home again. Thank you so much. We love every inch.

I was really impressed with 123. They responded to emails quickly, the flooring fitter arrived punctually and worked quickly, and they even sorted out a minor problem with minimum fuss. The finished floor looks great and was well worth the money.

Great, prompt and looks fab.

Very good despite having to wait a couple of months. The floor looks fantastic

123 Floor have a good selection of flooring, Laminate, wood and tiles. They were very helpful in helping us to choose the best flooring for our underfloor heating, they arranged a date a time for fitting. The fitters arrived on time and carried out a fantastic job in the fitting. I would definately use this company again.

Second time we have returned and first class service again

Very pleased with the fitting of my Amtico flooring, the fitter did a fantastic job and the flooring looks great.

Would recommend A*

Very easy to deal with, the installer did a fab job on our stair runner and everyone who I spoke to and who came to the house was professional and courteous.

Good service and lots of choice. Efficient and great fitting.

I am super happy with the carpet I received! Although there was a mix up, and my original choice became unavailable quite late on and after the installation dates had been agreed, I am happy with my second choice. The guy who came to take my old carpet away and fit my new carpet could not have been more professional and friendly. I can’t recommend him highly enough. There was a mix up again with the scotch guarding - dates mixed up and then a late arrival, however, this feels incidental to the fact that the actual fitting of the carpet went smoothly and was very professional and efficient. Thank you!

Professional and friendly service from Charlie, Rob and carpet fitter Ricky. Very happy.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff from beginning to end. Great communication and finished floor looks fabulous. Very happy customer.

Excellent service, expertly executed and finished product was fantastic. Would definitely recommend 123 floor my hallway looks amazing complete makeover
