I had honestly been delaying purchasing the flooring for our house, because it felt like such a big decision and I wasn’t sure of which underlay would be best suited. I spoke to Sean on the whatsapp number who was incredibly responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Within 15 mins of my question, I had all the info I needed and an invoice drawn up, so all I had to do was pay. Service was brilliant and made the task incredibly straightforward.

I ordered samples from a few different flooring companies, and Floor Street’s flooring really stood out for its great quality. The samples were also delivered quickly, which was a great start.

I then placed my flooring order via WhatsApp with Sean, who was fantastic throughout the process. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and guided me through exactly what I needed to order.

I’m now just waiting for my delivery, but so far the experience has been excellent!

Floor street was recommended by a family member and I’m glad I listened.
After selecting my flooring I left it in the basket while I worked out a delivery date.
That day I had a WhatsApp message from davinder he was asking was everything ok and did I need help.
He offered me discounts and help if I needed it which he didn’t need to he was very friendly and helpful.
I ordered the flooring and chose a date nice and easy.
The following day I asked could I have my floor any earlier within minutes he asked what date I told him he got back to me and it was sorted.
Davinder was helpful and went above and beyond to help even out of work hours.

The staff were all very friendly and Sean was great at helping us decide on the best flooring to buy. The transaction was all very smooth and price was good for the quality of product we ended up getting.
