Sean was a superstar! We were looking at the flooring online and didnt realise the showroom was 20 mins away! We sent a whatsapp and Sean let us have a look in the showroom even though it was closed. Purchased the Ile Del Ray herringbone flooring, was in direct coms with Davinder and everything was good. Floor has been delivered and awaiting fitting. Process and journey has been smooth.

Shopped around at a lot of places and ultimately the flooring here was much better value and quality.

I had ordered multiple samples from different companies, when floor streets samples came, it was very clear how good the quality of their flooring is. No scratches etc, we even left them in water overnight and it didn’t change a thing!! I was then contacted by Sean who really helped me with our requirements and pricing. He was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good quality flooring.

We have recently purchased our laminate flooring after being very kmpressed with the sample we ordered. We were able to delay the delivery to a time that suits our renovation needs, which is a great help. Our order was dealt with by Davinder, who was very helpful and efficient. We can't wait until we can get the floor laid, the quality was far superior, then we expected, and price extremely competitive.

Was able to contact floor street via message. Wasn’t directed to an automated response system, instead a real genuine person who was willing to help. I sent floor plans and they told me exactly how much I needed for the space I enquired about, really fast and efficiently. Really chuffed. Also made me aware that my delivery date can be modified if my move in date varies. Really grateful, brilliant service and customer service and contact. Looking forward to getting the carpet in now! We had a few queries before repurchasing some more desert oak herringbone which we are laying in another completed room of our home renovation so I used the link to message the guys on WhatsApp & Sean was absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
