Had a great experience dealing with Sean. I reached out through WhatsApp on a Sunday afternoon, maybe expecting a reply on Monday. Sean responded quickly to all my questions and I had my order placed that evening. Awaiting my delivery this week but a very good experience of customer support and the ordering process.

Sean has been really helpful answering questions and providing vital information to get our flooring ordered. We don’t have the flooring yet, but the sample was a great size and felt really good quality.

Just ordered my dream herringbone laminate, I cannot believe the quality for the price! The process was made super simple with the help from Sean at Floor Street who helped me secure my order with discount and free delivery. 5 star customer service!

Phoned Thursday and spoke to Davinder who assisted me with a last minute next day turnaround order for engineered wood floor. Without samples I went off the reviews and website images of the product and ordered. Although the next day cutoff was exceeded, Floor street went above and beyond and the flooring was delivered 8:30am next day. And the flooring is beautiful, amazing quality. Thank you!!

Great service from Davinder, I originally ordered a laminate sample but was looking for LVT click, Davinder recommended which sample I should order finding me a close colour match to the original sample I ordered and I have now gone with that, saving me time and money trying to find a close match myself!
