Got great service from the team at 123floor, from simple advice on how to navigate the ridiculous number of options available, to great fitting and lots of flexibility when we ran into project issues that caused last minute delays. Was really impressed start to finish, definitely would use again

Highly professional service all the way through the project. There was a very qualified team of people looking after us throughout our project. Good communication between the team members was very appreciated when our building works did not go according to plan having an impact on our flooring.
You can find cheaper out there, but the team's expertise and willingness to help is definitely worth the difference. I would definitely recommend 123floor.

Helpful and efficient. Very prompt service.

Having used this company before, we needed another floor laid so it was an obvious choice of who to use again! Good price and quality workmanship.

Local and independent with a service ethos and attention to detail. Good communicators and efficient.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I, and other members of my family are loyal customers and have used this business many times over the years.

Tony was great fitting the carpet .End result is fab

Charlie and Rob were both highly professional, knowledgeable and made the process stress-free from start to finish. They kept us up dated with delivery and fitting times and there was ongoing great communication.
We would highly recommend 123 floor and will use them again in the future. They deserve the 5stars and we wish we could give them more.

A very professional service and excellent result

I’m very happy that I chose 123 floors.
Because the job was tidy and professional.

Super communication from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use again. Also worth mentioning the price was extremely competitive compared to a couple of other quotes I had been given from elsewhere.

excellent work has been undertaken they managed to fit our urgent flooring need in into their busy schedule We highly recommend this company for your flooring need

Brilliant service, excellent finish/high quality product from a well organised business.

Very easy process from measuring up to having the carpet fitted... fitters were excellent..

123 Flooring provided a custom made stair runner for our Georgian staircase with a very complicated turn. The finished job is superb, the process was professional with no messing about, they did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. I would thoroughly recommend this company based on our experience.
