Worst company ever been promised to get my order within 34 hours never did it took over 2 weeks then every time I tried to track.an order it wont show as it wasn't from uk I never knew that as they are lying by saying london apart from that the material looks flattering on the website as model doing advertisement but its so so cheap plastic material I cant explain how bad it os as I bought for holiday in Turkey as it says breathable material but I want to cry cze tomorrow I have flight and cant even buy anything on the last minute so not order from here scam.

The dress I ordered is COMPLETELY different to what arrived.

The customer service has been shocking and they are not addressing the mis-selling. They are saying I will need to incur the shipping costs to return the item to the warehouse in Asia.

PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is not in the UK and ALL deliveries will be up to 2 weeks even when paid for quicker shipping. The customer service is a joke. Do not use this company

Avoid this company at all costs! Products are nothing like the images you will see on social media or website and you will not be able to return for free. You will have to pay for returns to Asia- despite being called Zelorava London.

THIS IS NOT A LONDON BASED COMPANY.
I don’t normally write reviews but honestly the worst experience.

They are really difficult to return. They keep emailing back offering you discounted price on the clothes. They then send you shipping address back to china which is expensive.

Disgusting company I wish I had also read reviews before ordering and not fallen for it. The quality is not what they show in the video of the products and you have to send the item back to china which is expensive so they know you won’t return it they’re not a London based company which they claim they are! STAY AWAY

Beware. This is a chinese drop shipping company.

Like many others, I regret not having read the reviews before placing my order.

I would have given this company a minus star if I could.

They aren't based in London, so not sure why they pose like they are. They are based in China.

Shein delivers quicker than these guys and their quality is better, yet its cheaper. The premium price tag is for terrible service, extremely slow delivery times. They claim 5days-2 weeks, when really its three weeks.

STAT AWAY AT ALL COSTS. they are awful. No-one deserves to be treated like this after they have spent their hard earned money!

I ordered a dress and it took 2 weeks to come. When it did, it wasn’t even the right dress and it was also broken. I asked for a refund and they first offered me a 15% refund. When I said I wanted a full refund, they offered 30%. When this was rejected, they offered 40%. When I rejected this, they said they could send a replacement which I also refused. They then said I have to pay to send the item to China and when they receive it, they will issue a refund. I am worried that I won’t even be refunded when I do send the item back. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
