So after almost 4 weeks of going back and forth with this scam shop they finally decided to deliver my parcel
I am honestly speechless
The dress doesn’t look like on the picture I don’t even know what the bloody colour now not only that, it came dirty like someone wore it before. They better give me my refund coz I am

Clearly not a UK company and shipped from China. Also refusing to do return and refund due to ‘hassle’ - clearly as in China!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They claim to be a UK seller but they are based in China. Ordered a dress naively (before seeing all the terrible reviews) 37 days later & no dress arrived. Requested a full refund which has come from the Netherlands but they tried to persuade me to order another dress instead! Do not buy - scamming company.

I ordered a dress from Zelorava and it was nothing like I expected. When I tried to return it, they offered me just 15% of my money back to keep the item. I pushed back and they eventually offered 30%, then sent me a return address in China, which was never disclosed before purchase.

They make returns deliberately difficult and expensive, knowing most people won’t bother. They also took days to respond each time, clearly trying to run out the clock on the return window.
Don’t be fooled by the nice-looking website. This company is dishonest and not UK or EU consumer-law compliant. You will struggle to get your money back if something’s wrong.

I wished I had searched for reviews before buying, I feel a fool. They are not a London based company, it is a lie. They ship from china (nothing wrong with that) and they do not offer you a full refund. They offer you a percentage back and if you do not agree they ask you to ship it back to china, you incur the cost and as and when they get it they will assess the product and ascertain whether you are entitled to a refund. What a load of rubbish and utter deception. The dress looked amazing online, in real life its cheaply made, awful cloth (not buttery soft at all) no structure, off colour and not something you would buy had you see it in the shop.

I searched for their companies house number and it said the company was dissolved in January 28th 2025. So it’s either an English drop ship company with low morals or a Chinese company pretending to be an English company.

I’ve reported them to my credit card company who are investigating them and reported them to facebook to.

If you. Have fallen victim to their really good marketing and lovely website then I suggest you contact your credit card company and complain.

Do not purchase!!! The items you see advertised are taken from other sites. I ordered a £50 dress it came and was nothing like the photos online. Now won’t refund me. Keep telling me the charges I will incur returning to china will eat up the refund amount. Don’t believe the site saying they’re in London because that’s a lie too. Absolute scam!

Purchased a dress thinking it’s a UK company, lo and behold the items being shipped from China. 3 weeks from purchase I chase it’s in a warehouse - I keep being told it will arrive, no sorry, no come back if not delivered in this time period, so I had to raise a credit card issue to be refunded after 4 weeks of no delivery! Thankfully got my money returned and refunded I’m glad I didn’t get to receive the item now looking at the reviews of the quality!

Please avoid!! Huge scam. If you find your self here before purchasing consider yourself lucky as I didn’t do the research. Item never arrived after a month and money taken. Luckily my bank charged the money back to my account. Hopefully will be shut down soon.

My order took so long to arrive that I didn’t even have it in time for the event I bought it for — I had to go to the races wearing a completely different dress. When it finally turned up, it looked nothing like the pictures

When I asked to return it, they told me I’d have to pay to ship it back overseas, and that these costs would be high, which they blamed on their “eco-friendly” model. Instead of offering proper support, they offered me a 15% refund and 15% off my next order — like I’d ever shop with them again!

Total scam, misleading advertising, and awful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs

States on the website english family run business however the warehouse is in China. Also stated free next day delivery however they are saying this refers to ‘fulfilment’ not delivery’s. There is nothing UK about it.

They also false advertise the brand using other companies such as Shein & House of CB to advertise.

I emailed them regarding the issue of I bought a dress for my graduation next week and it will not be here on time, I will now have to pay large shipping fees to send it back.

Dress not as seen in images, have made returning as complicated as possible - I've been told I have to pay to send it back to a centralised warehouse (apparently for carbon footprint reasons - haha), and instead they'll offer me back 15% of the price and 15% off my next purchase with them. Furious!!

Absolutely embarrassment of a company. Website says

Yet this is a complete lie, they tell you to send your items back to a foreign country and you have to pay a huge fee and wait a months for a refund.

What can I say… DO NOT buy it from here!!!! Completely scam!!! They don’t offers returns You have to pay for it yourself and it cost £20-£26 for 1 item.
And the quality it’s below disappointing!

Don’t buy from here! They falsely advertise - the products you receive are not what they advertised. Poorly made, dirty and completely different colours and fabric. Complete scam. Don’t offer refunds and expect you to pay to return the item to Asia. Even using the name London in their company name is false advertising! Should be shut down

Wow I wish I had read the reviews before losing my money on a dress that is worse quality than a halloween costume. The dress is crooked, not stitched in parts, completely see through and nothing like the picture. It also took way longer than the advertised time frame to arrive.
Shame on me for falling for a cheap Chinese scam company.
Have initiated a charge back with my bank. I advise others to do the same.

This company is not based in London despite being called Zelorava London. They ship from China. Please please save your money and do not give this company any of your money. I ordered two dresses that were awful quality. Nothing like the picture, had a weird smell and one of the clasps was broken. The company is reluctant to issue a refund and you have to cover the cost back to China. After some back and forth with customer service, they gave me 50% back. Doesn’t change the fact I now have two dresses that smell like shit.

Do not be fooled by the name Zelorava London. This company is not based in the UK—despite the website claiming it’s “based in the heart of London” and selling so-called “luxury fashion.” Once you’ve handed over your money, you’ll quickly find out everything is shipped from China, and any returns must be sent back there at your own expense.

The item I received looked nothing like the website photos—cheap, poor quality, and completely misrepresented. When I complained, they initially offered me a 15% refund to keep the item, then pushed it to 30%, still refusing to take proper responsibility.

When I insisted on a return, they finally revealed the return address: a warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Shipping it back internationally (with tracking!) would cost more than the item itself. How convenient for them.

This company thrives on people being too exhausted or financially restricted to return the junk they send. It’s a misleading business model wrapped in a luxury London disguise.

Save yourself the hassle. I wish I had read a review like this before ordering. Avoid Zelorava at all costs.
