Well like others have stated, Claims to be a UK based company but it’s not and is not clear on the website, this company’s products are based in China so delivery took 3 weeks. The quality of the clothes were shocking as others have said poor stitching, poor fabric, see-through dresses and definitely not representative of the glossy photos online and getting the return address is like getting blood from a stone, you have to take photos when they already know they are providing crap, they offered 10% refund then 30% refund or a credit voucher why would I buy anything from them again.
They finally gave me a an address in China to post the goods to and it had to be within 14 days of the order. We were already on day five due to the delays in going backwards and forwards to get the address. The cost of returning the items approximately £30. So I have asked my credit card company to do a charge back but I am not hopeful and I have learned an expensive lesson.

I would give this 0 stars but I can't. This website is absolutely awful, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Their customer service, shopping and returns policy is ridiculous and also their quality of products is unacceptable to advertise.

Shockingly bad company. They are say they are from London, they are not product is shipped from China and takes weeks to arrive. Three dresses ordered, all of them a really weird fit. They needed to go back, they kept sending messages offering a discount if I keep them.
Eventually after multiple emails they sent details of how to return at my cost.
I sent them back, heard nothing, chased again and they did eventually return my money after 2 months

Contacted them regarding an order. They stated the item was not in stock. Asked if I would like in another colour. They stated they would look into delivering within a certain time frame. I asked for a refund if this would not be possible.
They then sent a dispatch notification with the 5-7 day timeline despite me asking for a refund if it would not arrive on time.
Basically sending an item so they can keep the money. Disgraceful. Would be better to cancel orders instead of wasting money and resources.

Additionally these items are definitely made to order as it does not take that amount of time to ship an item. Lack of full transparency on the website. False advertising you name it with pics of the owner and models from odd muse website. Definately not a good sign.

I should have found trust pilot sooner. I normally check this also. And trusted my gut instincts. If this is something I could have seen myself for cheaper they are definitely a scam/spam website.
If they are not they need to improve on their quality of fabric used and construction of garments/ use their own designs. From the reviews I am not holding my breath to see if the item arrives.

Disgraceful honestly. Not impressed. They shouldn’t be allowed to use videos or clips from other brands or websites, to attempt to sell clothing, unless second hand items. Use a mannequin if you don’t have models.

I attempted to buy a dress over a month ago and had to continuously email to find out where it was. I was told it was dispatched then explained it is out of store and this style could no longer be made. After weeks of back and forth I was issued my refund. I have a feeling this is a young business owner and is trying their best to do well so I’ll not crucify them but communication needs to be 100x better and proactive it’s not up to the customer to follow no existing tracking numbers and over solutions to your shipment and production issue.

Absolutely horrific experience. Do not use this website. They claim to be London based but are shipping from china. Took a month for a dress to arrive and it was complete wrong product. Then they don’t offer a returns process. Instead offering 30% cash back. Misleading, horrific quality and appalling customer service

This website do not order from what ever you you ! The dresses look nothing like the pictures ! Also they make it impossible for you to get a refund and charge you huge shipping costs to send the dress back !!!!

An absolute scam organisation
The items you receive will not be as advertised- poor fabric and quality
When you state your dissatisfaction and ask them to act on their 'no quibble refund policy ' they will fob you off with a small percentage of what you actually paid stating various nonsensical reasons why the goods have to be returned to China and clearance would delay refunds etc, even though they claim to be a British company
Don't waste your money!

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID

The advertised items are not what you will receive - their garments are unwearable knockoffs of what is advertised. An absolutely abhorrent company to deal with, they’ll try and convince you to accept a small percentage refund of the cost of your item rather than incur shipping costs to return to their warehouse IN CHINA (despite the fact they advertise being London based - clearly false!).

Worst company ever they are based in the UK and the quality of dresses are extremely poor and look nothing like the images.
Then they offer a discount instead of a refund, when declined you then have to pay for the return to China which is extortionate.

Do not buy this is not London based. Awful quality dress and absolute torture to get a return address in China which I’m sure i will never receive. Don’t waste your money on this site

Would give -0 stars. Delivery took 10days longer than stated, item was faulty and made with poor quality. Costumer service was awful. Overall I was very dissatisfied. Would not recommend this company!!

Scam ! False advertising! Not based in uk based in china ! Takes 4 weeks + for delivery and poor quality items delivered. Tried to cancel order after reading reviews and got told no. Scam, stay away from! Ordered a dress and it looks nothing like the website. No label on it, poor quality. I ordered S and got an L probably. Cannot believe this is happening. The store is not in London but China. Hope people will check before buying. I usually do this, however not this time😣 lost money… such a shame

The other reviews are completely true and exactly explain how this company works.
I ordered the product for an occasion for which I never received it. The website promised a delivery of 5-8 days and in worse situations 14 days. I received it in 18-19 days and it was completely useless for me. Not just this, having read reviews after ordering I tried to cancel the order because the company had yet not dispatched it. They refused to refund the amount and cancel the order and made different stories which seemed completely untrue. They just couldn’t cancel it.
On top of it, even though the product was delivered it is of such bad quality and cloth that it gives a shabby look not matching the photos given on the website.

I ordered dresses from this company thinking it was UK-based, as their website clearly claims. The items took ages to arrive, came from China, and were extremely poor quality — nothing like the photos.

Their website says “easy and smooth returns,” but when I tried to return them, they offered me partial refunds (15%, then 30%, then 50%) just to avoid processing a real return. Eventually, they told me I’d have to ship everything back at my own cost to a private address in Shenzhen, China — not the UK. They completely mislead customers with their false advertising.

When I pushed back and mentioned consumer rights, they ignored me. They even blocked me on Instagram after I commented publicly about the experience.

I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank and report them to UK Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs — it’s just a dropshipping scam with no real customer service or accountability.

I ordered two dresses which looked nothing like the images online — the quality was appalling and completely misrepresented. When I tried to return them, the process was deliberately slow and frustrating. It took days just to request a returns note, and I was then told to ship the items back internationally at my own cost.

Instead of processing a straightforward return, they kept offering me various partial refund percentages to delay the return deadline. Eventually, I was expected to pay for tracked international shipping just to get my money back. This entire experience felt like a scam – deliberately difficult and costly to discourage returns.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful customer service.
