Took two weeks to come, they aren’t based in London. The dress I ordered isn’t even the same colour that’s shown on their website! Their sizings are soo inaccurate I will attempt to get my money back.

THE COMPANY IS SHOCKING, DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

They are Asia based and not in the UK!
The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and is nothing better than a nylon rag! Nothing like the pictures or descriptions as advertised.
I asked for a refund but it is too expensive to send the garment back. They offered me a 15% refund!! I hope they are happy knowing that they are scamming people……!!

If I could give this no stars, I would… AVOID!!! Scam company, the dresses aren’t what they advertise, I have dishcloths in better condition than the dress I received!!!
I raised a formal complaint and they blocked my email 😱 They’re also NOT BASED IN LONDON, they’re based in Asia and it takes 3 weeks to deliver!
The customer service is appalling and disgusting, they told me “it wasn’t in my best interest to return the dress” and only offered me 10% back for the faulty damaged dress that had all black marks all over it and the quality was like I’ve never seen before!! I sent picture evidence and everything! AVOID!!!

Ordered a dress on the 31st May, it arrived on the 13th June - the sizing was completely off despite referring to their sizing chart, the material was flimsy, it had loose threads and frayed edges. It was also not knee length but floor length. It was very obvious the pictures are ripped off another website and this company is a dropshipper. Asked to return and they sent me a long email stating return terms that are different to the website (30 days to get your money back rather than 5!) and offered me a 15% discount to keep the items and not return them. Had to file a chargeback.

Awful! I waited over 3 weeks for the dress to turn up, and the material is so so cheap and see through. No free returns either.
Terrible experience, just avoid this company. It’s a scam!

Do not buy from this website! Cheap knock off items.
It says London, but the products are shipped from China.
The measurements are horrible, the fabric is horrific, cheap and super low quality.
It took over 2 weeks for it to get to me, and I'm now 2 days away from my friends wedding with no dress.
ALSO I've just been dealing with them for a refund and return. The item didn't come with a return label and it costs around £26 to return it, which they know what they're doing with that. They said they can give a15% refund with 15% to spend back in the store (I will NEVER go back there).
They should atleast give a 50% discount. Disgusting. I'm fuming.
Do not buy from here.

Do not buy from this company! They are a scam company selling cheap knock off items. The images they use on their website are taken from other websites. The item you receive is NOTHING like what is advertised. They refuse to refund you unless you send the item back and pay £30 shipping costs. I have reported to International trading standards so hopefully these con artist will get their website taken down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wish I’d read the reviews first. This company is a total scam - took 2 weeks for my order to arrive , much later than the the wedding I had ordered for. Terrible company, item was not what I expected at all and then I was unable to return as it’s costing me £20 to return the items. very misleading and clearly after your money

It’s beyond poor don’t buy it’s a scam and their stuff is awful and from china none of their pictures are actually stuff they produced they take pictures from people and post it

The dress I ordered was nothing like the dress that came. False advertisement!!!
Wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing from them. They don’t want you to return the item so offer 15% discount. Total disgrace taking peoples money under false advertisement. So furious I will be reporting them.

Company is not legit. Promote that they are London based and can do quick delivery. They are based in Asia and delivery takes 2/3 weeks.

Do not order from this company!!! False advertising !! They make copies of the dresses you see (and think you love) nothing like the image. Then when it comes to returning they don’t offer free returns or even a low cost return so ends up costing about £30 to return! AVOID

Returns are not free and this is how they make their money.
They are not UK based as suggested as their Company, although I feel like the person dealing with the emails is based from the UK.

False advertisement, Would do anything to reject returns and items are manufactured in China. They advertise UK Factory but all items are cheap, crap fabric and not true to size. Item is worst quality than Shein which is 10 x cheaper. They don’t take responsibility for returns to China and don’t advertise this is the case either. Rude responses and no outcome of resolution. If you want any items from here, I suggest you don’t! But if you do, make sure you pay on a credit card so you can charge back these scammers.

DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. LIKE OTHER REVIEWS SAY, OUTFITS ARE CHEAP AND NOT AS ADVERTISED (FALSE SELLING). I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. LIKE OTHERS, I THOUGHT THEY WERE A UK BASED COMPANY!!. WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SEE IF I AM ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND AS THEY ARE ONLY OFFERING 15% REFUND. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH.
