Brewtiful service!

Had a small problem with their tea bags to which i brought to their attension.
They responded within a day with an apology and explanation,also replaced the product...great customer service from a great company.😊
Credit where it's due in this day and age.

Whatever you have done stop it and go…

Whatever you have done stop it and go back to what ypu were doing. You were UK's best tea and world known. Why change the strength, depth, taste and colour to such a degree that your tea is like a supermarket brand. I am so disappointed and upset by this. My tea is so bad right now. Please, please sort it out immediately. We all miss the greatest tea.

Excellent customer service

I contacted Yorkshire Tea by telephone regarding a complaint about unsealed tea bags. The customer service was excellent. The lady was polite and understanding. She dealt with my complaint quickly and responded by email as promised with a perfect resolution on the same day. Thank you

Teabags not sealed

We had a issue with teabags not being sealed fully. This was reported and we sent the batch number over and this could pinpoint the machine and production date and time this happened and hopefully would not happen again. We don't expect things like this to happen but even machines have a off day and just glad it's running OK now. A replacement box teabags was sent out straight away. Keep up the good work.

Reassuring response . .

I posted a review a week ago to the effect that YT was no longer our ‘go to’ brand as the tea no longer had the strength and depth of flavour we enjoyed and that we were seeking a replacement brand. After an exchange with YT Customer Services, and reassurances that the tasting profile of YT had not been changed we had a further taste-off with a replacement box. I’m pleased to say that the taste/depth of flavour was as we recalled. We may have previously purchased a ‘bad batch’. We appreciate YT’s responsive customer service. We will remain a regular purchaser.

Best tea in the world. I never leave home without a few tea bags!

emailed to let them know my box of teabags weren’t properly perforated, and within an hour, I’d received a response with an explanation and a new box posted out to my house!

Weak, weak, weak

YT has been our go to tea for many years but recently we've noticed that the taste has changed. It's very weak. So much so that I was sure my wife had bought a different brand. It tastes like Tetley, and that's NOT a compliment. I have seen replies from YT stating batches of tea are different which I understand, but if they can't source consistent tasting tea, they shouldn't be selling it.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a box of Yorkshire Tea Decaf teabags. Unfortunately there several with damaged 'bags'. I contacted customer services and received an immediate acknowledgement and a personal response within 24 hours. I have now received a replacement box within a week. Thank you Bronte, excellent customer service.

Yorkshire tea really do appreciate their customers, replied to my problem and not only explained how it happened but also reassured me they will promptly fix it asap, I always appreciate a response when things go wrong or annoy us & they acted swiftly 10/10

Excellent customer service

I emailed customer service regarding a box of tea bags where over a quarter of them were ripped so all the tea leaves were in the box.
I had an immediate response to say that they had received my email and within a hour I had a response from an advisor explaining why the problem may have occurred.
I was impressed by the speed of the response and by the detail given in their explanation.

Weak and tasteless

YT has always been the standard in our house. Nothing has ever had the strength or flavour. However, two recent boxes have been dreadful - weak and tasteless. I've actually swapped to lidl gold, and it tastes better than YT. I contacted YT and got the standard 'we haven't changed anything'. But they clearly have and are just denying it.

POSTSCRIPT - The reply from YT below is just as lovely as I expected - their approach to customer service is excellent. But the tea has changed, regardless of their claims to the contrary. They usually offer to send a free box, but I dont actually want it.

Hello Chris, thank you for your review and we're very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the consistency of our brew quality, especially as you usually enjoy our Yorkshire Tea so much. We haven’t changed the blend of Yorkshire Tea or the quality and strength of flavour we're aiming for since we started making it. We're really proud of our tea and we won't compromise on quality - we'd like to reassure you that we haven't made any changes in order to cut costs. We do, of course, have to change where we source our leaves and the quantities of each tea we include in every batch depending on many factors that are outside our control. These include weather and growing conditions in our countries of origin, reliable supply of tea and being able to source the quality of leaves we require to make our blend. Our tea buyers do an excellent job to ensure consistency and quality, tasting each individual tea before blending and then tasting every blended batch up to eight times before it's packed.
