I have used the tea bags for years, I normally add 2 bags for better flavour but leave in the cup less. I also don’t use tap water and only mineral water and done this for the same time.
The tea tastes weak, and sour. The colour is off and tastes worse than Aldi gold.
This tea costs a lot and I will not buy it anymore. If you manage to find a small box on sale in Poundland or B& M compare the taste as there is a massive difference.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the tea

We’ve used Yorkshire Tea bags for many years and this is the first time the taste has differed. It tastes like a different tea, and not very nice. It’s a new box, stored exactly the same as always; prepared in the same way and we drink a lot of tea so it’s not kept long. The kettle is clean and the water always filtered. Something has definitely changed.

This used to be our favourite cup of tea, however the quality and taste has dropped. While some bags are OK, most are weak tasting. Looking at alternatives as Yorkshire tea is currently our least favourite now. This is the 2nd time reviewing this product, no improvement unfortunately.

Tea is much weaker than it used to be even if steeped for a really long time. Will be looking for another brand now after persevering for a while.

Bought one product that had a fault, when I contacted customer service they were extremely efficient in diagnosing the issue and reimbursed me with interest (in stock). All handled within 24hrs.

I have been buying this tea for a long while because it was strong.
At first I thought I had bad batches of tea because it tasted so weak. Now I know the tea has just grown to be poor quality.I have to leave the tea bag in and barely use milk.
I agree with the other reviews. I will be trying another brand. If the company thinks consumers won't notice, they are wrong. They are taking the tea and the pee.

I have had to give up caffeinated tea for a bit so decided to try YT Decaf. After 5 minutes brew it was terrific. A strong malty taste and barely distinguishable from the usual YT. Full marks!

We have been using YT bags from Costco ( 600 bags ) for 10 yrs since returning from the USA ( we always stocked up on the boxed variety when on trips back home and never noticed a difference in the taste or weakness !
We Seriously thought it was us until I read the reviews!
We have not finished the last bag and bought a new 600 bag this week which I will be returning !
We have tried brewing for longer than suggested and it’s still weak and taste less ! Really disappointed and we will have to find an alternative as something is really of with what was my husband favourite Tea !

Love Yorkshire always have best tea you can buy in my opinion wouldn’t drink anything else

just started using a new box said to wife they have changed to tea it does not taste the same and there is now a smell that puts you off drinking it looked up online to see they have changed the tea bag itself when something is good god only knows why they change it will give the box away and buy another make

Tastes like poor dishwater ! You wouldn’t know you were drinking tea at all . I bought your tea by mistake hoping that it had improved from last time but sadly ‘no’. PG Tips again next time at least it tastes like tea

I usually buy 80 tea bags but this time bought 160 as they were on offer. Unfortunately the tea bags in this box are not like the ones I have had before. I like strong tea but this is nothing like it. It is not the same as I am used to and I can't get a strong mug of tea with the same amount of water.

My husband and myself have said lately that Yorkshire tea doesn't seem to be as strong a brew as it used to me. I'm having to brew it for longer. I'm from Yorkshire and have stayed loyal and wanted to keep going with Yorkshire tea.

What has happened to Yorkshire teabags? I love a strong cup of tea in an ordinary straight mug but now it seems so weak. It’s box After box. I first thought it was a faulty box so I give them away but people I know drink it and they have the same issue , it’s sad but I have to rewrite you about teabags as I’ve been reading many people that are saying the same thing please go back to your original recipe you really don’t want people going into other brands

I have used Yorkshire Tea leaves daily for decades and the recent two packets are much weaker in flavour and colour than usual. Very disappointing.

I have been buying decaf tea from this brand for many years and all of a sudden its very weak and even when you use two tea bags and its dark it still tastes like water. Its been like this for a few months now. Its so bad I thought I had an issue with my taste buds until my husband also commented the same

We have always enjoyed Yorkshire Tea bags and by accident I spilt a tea bag. I was shocked to see hundreds of minute black particles and not one tea leaf in it. In other words the tea bags contain tea dust and not real tea. Won't be buying again it is very expensive for this quality

Best tea. I’ve tried so many different teas and brands, but Yorkshire Tea is still my number one. It’s smooth, strong, and just right. I drink it almost every morning, and it always feels like the perfect start to the day
