Communication... zéro, ponctualité.. zéro... Entreprise de transport à fuir !!!!

Couldn’t deliver a letter let alone furniture. Useless, incompetent and liars. Customer service is shocking and the company runs on post it notes without notes written on them.

Ni la hora ni la entrega fueron a la hora indicada desde el momento 1, y para recalcar el producto me llega defectuoso y ellos no se hacen cargo, les hablas y les da igual ni contestan ni nada

Empresa con muy mala gestión. Mandan mensaje conforme se va a entregar y no han puesto el material el reparto; y lo pretenden entregar 10 días más tarde simplemente por motivos de mala organización propia

Me enviaron numerosos whatsapps anunciándome la entrega del pedido y los incumplieron sistemáticamente. Por fin, al tercer día y en la quinta cita programada se dignaron aparecer.

This company were due to collect a returned product going back to a supplier. We have electronic gates at the entrance of our development, which hundreds of delivery drivers manage to navigate every day. The driver didn’t drive up close enough to the pressure pad, the gates didn’t open, so they abandoned the collection. Now having to re-arrange all over again. Spoke to their so called customer service team who were totally unhelpful. Their app is useless and gives no information at all and is totally confusing. I would never recommend this company. I’d be surprised if they are still in business in a years time judging the reviews on here.

I am a shipper and use XPO. This is their game. They lower their rates to get the shipment. But then they will add all kinds of bs charges onto the invoice after delivery. They do this all the time. Redelivery fees when it was their fault. Storage fees when it was their fault. Inside delivery fees when you put NO INSIDE DELIVERY on the BOL. And their big fee is $90 every 15 minutes they are there after the first 15 minutes. And they do this using GPS, so if the driver sits in his truck talking to his girlfriend for 16 minute more, they will bill you $180. Happens all the time. Every third invoice we get there is some BS charge on it and they will seldom remove them even when 99% of them are their fault. Horrible company to deal with.

Dommage que l'on puisse par mettre un gros zéro me font poser une matinée de congé pour nous indiquer livraison avant midi il est 14h30 toujours pas livré après 50appels sur la plate-forme on m indique que je serai pas livrer avant une bonne heure je ne peux malheureusement planifier la livraison avant 3 semaines et la personne du téléphone ne s'excuse même pas et à l audace de me dire soit vous acceptez d etre livrer dans une heure soit je le renvoie à l expéditeur je fais comment?? Ca m étonnerait qu il puisse poser des jours comme ca!!! J'aimerai bien connaître les taffs où on pose à notre guise!!!
Vraiment des personnes pas du tout professionnel et qui se prennent pour je ne sais qui!
Qui rembourse les jours de congés perdus???????
Qui doit trouver une solution??

El pasado viernes debieron entregarme un frigorífico LG en mi piso de Benidorm (Y, menos mal que no es una urgencia). Nada más llegar, nos dijeron que se llevaban el bulto porque no giraba por la escalera. Ni siquiera pasarlo por el balcón aunque había un empleado de mi piso allí ayudándoles. Se negaron y se lo llevaron.
Ayer tenía prevista la SEGUNDA entrega del mismo bulto. Ni se presentaron. No contestan en el almacén:

Hoy, tampoco tienen previsto entregarlo.
Sinceramente, no entiendo por qué las empresas contratan esta bazofia de servicio.

Si entro a Trustpilot antes, habría comprado una nevera de otra marca CON TAL DE NO PASAR POR ESTO.

Para mí la experiencia ha sido estupenda. Me han llamado el día de antes para verificar la dirección y al día siguiente a primera hora me han llamado para traerme mi pedido de puertas del Leroy Merlín. Los chicos super amables y simpáticos yo no tengo nada que decir negativo de esta empresa la verdad...

Te mandan email con fecha y horario de entrega pero no llegan, contactad con ellos y que no está en reparto el pedido, una falta de respeto total, te programan otra entrega, dicen que van a llamarte para verificar la hora, pero esa llamada no se realiza, sigo esperando a ver si hacen la entrega

je ne recommande pas , je vous invite a annuler votre commande si vous voyez ce transporteur

Terrible service Does not get your packages to you in a timely manner gives you false information. They showed up with 1 of 10 packages couldn't figure out where our stuff was and we are running a business. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he told me that our stuff would be here Tuesday 6.24.25 and I am on the phone with him right now and our stuff hasn't moved from XPO in San Antonio they have had since last week to get this moving do not have them ship your stuff this is absolutely ridiculous.

El chat de Inteligencia artificial tiene todos los ERRORES y NINGUNA "inteligencia". Pedido para el dia de hoy (23-Junio) con mensajes robotizados de que llega hoy en la ventana de 09:00 a 17:00 despues de esperar todo el dia y mandar mensajes al chat "inteligente" para que repita y pegue lo mismo que llega el dia 23 resultaque NO que para el dia 30 y claro llamas y siempre hay un error pero las 8 horas perdidas esperando sin poder hacer nada las he perdido yo el cliente. NEFASTO SERVICIO NUNCA MAS

Absolutely terrible service by the delivery company. Stanley was very rude when delivering my peloton bike. Never ever this company.

Was told my delivery would come between 10-4pm, waited all day and left work all day because of this, emailed them around 4pm and they said it would still be delivered with no indication of what time they deliver until to.

Do they not realize how inconvenient this is for people? I'm actually a transport manager and it's really not difficult to provide a better service, based on all the other reviews it's clear this is normal for them. If you cant deliver on the day, at least tell people. Don't give time slots if you are unable to deliver on this. Completely ruined my day, pathetic service

[Edit credit where it's due, i had pretty good communication from this company, and swift replies and an apology because they tried to delivery well before the allotted time so changing this from 1 star to 4 and no damages]

Absolutely shocking service from XPO.

I have been giving allocated date of delivery which supposed to be singed. So I have take AL for that day to receive it. Benn give two slots, morning for the start and delayed for the afternoon. Waited all day long with no sign of delivery, not even an update. When I phoned next day I was told that driver run out of time and he did not deliver on the previous day. I have assumed that I will be the first on the list for new day delivery but was not the case. New slot was given between 2-4 and guess what, no delivery either. So I have lost 2 AL because XPO does not know how to deliver the packages. Seeing a lots of similar reviews I am really surprised they are still in the business.
Avoid at all cost.

XPO delivered a new Peloton Treadmill. During the delivery processed they dropped it and significantly damaged the engineered wood floor in my hallway. 7 months on I am still in a dispute with them. After promising to pay for the damage, they now ignore all my calls, messages and emails. Unfortunately I will now have to take legal action. This company do not have a complaints department.

Deux jour de congés jeté à l'eau, 2 rdv avec un plombier annulée car leur communication est nulle. Le suivi est faux, rdv pris entre 9 heures et 14.00, à 19.00 le suivi affiche encore "livraison en cours " et "à l'heure", mais la marchandise ne bouge pas de la localisation de ce matin.
À fuir, je ne comprends pas la raison pour la quelle les entreprises leur confier encore les expéditions.
Ils ont pas du tout respect pour le temps, l'argent, et le travail des autres. Du jamais vu.

Very unorganized and late with delivery. I ordered on Monday and was texted that the item would come Thursday, it didn't. I called and complained and got another text that it would come the following Monday, it didn't. Apparently their texts for delivery kept changing. I called and they scheduled again for Thursday, but they tried to delivery on Wednesday, the day I had told them my office was closed. I called again and they said ok for Thursday, it didn't.
Now after 3 failed attempts, i'm giving them a last chance to deliver on Friday, if not then I will cancel the order because I will be gone for the next week.
Horrible service!
