Fantastic and prompt customer service as always. My go to hosting provider.
My hosting account was unfortunately recently comprimised through a collaborator email address and I was invoiced for malicious behaviour through my account.
I notified Xneelo of this and they resolved the issue immediately and ensured I was not negatively affected at all by this. Thank you to Kian in the billing department for his prompt and friendly assistance in helping me resolve this. It is service like this that makes me loyal to Xneelo.

Best Customer Service Ever - Thanks Izak!
I had a little trouble signing up for the "Basic Hosting Package" on the website - it just would not go through. Opened up the little chat box, not expecting much given the level of service in SA overall. Was I pleasantly surprised! Within seconds I was connected to Izak - probably the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. He did everything for me! Just asked 1 or two questions and BAM! My hosting was activated and ready to go. Super polite and super fast! I cannot believe the great service I had just received. Whomever is in charge of Izak's department, please keep an eye out - if you don't look after him, I have a position open for him!

Symone - Technical Support Agent is excellent!
Although I am not a fan of the Xneelo platform, I would like to give Symone the Technical Support agent that assisted me in resolving the installation of a staging site a 5 star rating, she was patient and took me through each step and the query was resolved in about 30 minutes or less.
