I cannot recommend this company more! Derrick O and especially PaulVJ has been so patient into helping me get my emails back after I have made a complete mess of it. I also wanted to add a new domain to my portfolio. It took a few hours, but they were so patient and guided me every step of the way. Super Friendly and super patient. I have complete faith in them and they are very knowledgeable about the products. I even got extra tips for my website and how I should run my emails to get the best out of it. By far the worst hosting company
By far the worst hosting company I've ever used. I got automatically moved to them from Hetzner and it's just issue after issue. Dodgy billing where they changed from per GB storage over usage to just doubling my hosting costs, endless issues with their useless control panel, constant issues with not being able to login to their control panel. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

Industry leading service. I have contacted them many times with various queries, from self-managed server assistance to basic web hosting packages, you get the same immediate assistance with zero friction. I've even contacted their support with problems that didn't end up having anything to do with them and they were more than happy to help me troubleshoot and find the real issue. At a price point like this that service is astonishing!
Myself and my business proudly rely on Xneelo for all my cloud infrastructure!

World-Class Support and Service from Xneelo
Xneelo has consistently delivered a world-class customer experience. As an IT professional, it is incredibly refreshing to work with a company that is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
I use Xneelo for self-managed servers, dedicated servers, domains and email, and they have never let me down. On the occasions where server issues required the server to go offline for manual intervention, their technicians responded quickly and resolved everything professionally.
Most recently, Xneelo notified me that my server was offline before I even had a chance to contact them. After investigating and identifying the root cause, I reported it to their team, who promptly implemented the necessary fixes and followed up almost immediately.
The Cloud, Colocation and Server Support teams have been exceptional in my experience. Even when I have questions outside their direct scope, they always make an effort to assist or point me in the right direction. Truly a five-star company and a pleasure to work with.

I have had a very positive experience with Xneelo. Their technical support team is responsive, hands-on, and consistently willing to assist in a thorough and patient manner.

I got assistance from Jonathan and David when I inadvertantly setup a customer account for a client and got it confused with my own account. EXCELLENT SERVICE amidst earlier frustration
At first I felt very frustrated. I lodged an email ticket and the response was not really helpful. I then tried to call, after 10min, I gave up. I then tried the chat. After about another 10min or so, I was assisted by Seymone. She was amazing. She took time to answer my questions and provide excellent service. Within a few minutes, she resolved the issue.
