Amazing service, we have recently moved all our work phones and mifi boxes over to Yappl (And EE), and have had the pleasure of dealing with Helen from the very beginning.

Helen Kind , looks after our small business account , without question her level of personal customer care, expertise and kindness in general are frankly astounding. It is rare these days to receive such a personal and tailored service on a B-2-B basis so I cannot recommend her and therefore by extension Yappl highly enough for all of your mobile and cloud based comms and technology.

Dire - smart snippy communications and less than helpful salespeople in a rush to rack up their numbers. I will stop short of citing names but quite frankly, I'll take my business elsewhere. Avoid avoid avoid. Don't bother contacting me, I've wasted more time on you than I'd like because I gave your salesperson a chance. A regretted decision on my part.

From the moment I first contacted Yappl, the transition to becoming a customer was seamless. They’ve been fantastic in handling all the issues with my previous provider, ensuring everything was sorted efficiently.
Helen and her team are not only friendly but also proactive and responsive to any issues. Helen truly went above and beyond to help me while I was in the US, resolving the mess left by my old supplier and getting my phone up and running quickly.
When I temporarily lost my phone, Helen was incredibly helpful in swiftly shutting down the line and issuing a new SIM card in record time.
I can’t speak highly enough of Yappl – their customer service is second-to-none, especially when it matters most.
