Charlie was very caring, considerate and helpful when dealing with my recent claim. He understood my frustration at being kept waiting for weeks for information about my case that could only be dealt with in a department that could only be contacted internally. He listened to my concern, contacted the department and followed up with further calls to me to keep me informed of the progress. Today, he and Tom too, sorted it out forcing staff to act and complete this heavily delayed process and both of them phoned me to confirm it had been done and I would be paid within a couple of days.
No other staff I spoke with previously were in any way helpful. I know now they could have done so much more at an earlier stage
