Simon Roberts is my health care partner and I can't recommend him highly enough. WPA has been amazing for our family and really is worth every penny. Having Simon to help really is the cherry on top. We recently needed an emergency GP appointment for our daughter who was very very poorly and of course when the usual GP is closed. We had been called, assessed and treated hours before the NHS even phoned back and as her temperature was 39.9 and she needed urgent antibiotics, this was very appreciated. 100 per cent recommend.

I've been insured with WPA for several years now and they are by far and away the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. You get so many helpful contributions on your policy every year anyway, but whenever I've had to make a claim, which I have a few times, it's been simple, I've been paid quickly and I have not a bad word to say. If I ever call, they are super friendly and helpful, and my personal consultant Simon Roberts is always available to answer any question I have about what's covered, what I need to do, how things work, etc. I know PMI feels like an added cost to life when money is tight, but I wouldn't go without it now.

Whenever I deal with WPA the service I get is first class. Just dealt with Philippa for a new claim. She was extremely helpful and friendly and even rung me back when we got cut off. I have been with WPA for approximately 20 years and have always found them to be very easy and helpful to deal with.

I took a policy out with WPA a few years back now. When I needed it for a knee operation. They were fantastic. So fast.

But what was more impressive. I was able to choose roughly when the op was to be carried out!

As a self employed builder. I wanted the operation to take before Christmas as it’s the only time of the year I can rest and not need to be on site. So it was booked in for the 16th December. Try that with the nhs!

Simon Roberts was fantastic. He is my first contact if I have any questions and he goes above and beyond. His advise has been great over the years. Not just ‘selling a policy’, but ensured the policy was/is right for myself and my family.

Been with WPA for over 20 years. They are professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Whenever i have contacted them by phone they have made be feel they care about me and my health issues. I have osteoporosis and I am grateful for their continued support. I understand that that they will be unable to cover me for treatment after two more courses of treatment because it is considered maintenance and not cure. But I am so grateful to them for covering me until then. I'm 70, so my premiums are high but there are options available to reduce cover and responsibility to reduce the premium. I have recommended WPA to numerous friends and associates over the years and will continue to do so.

Simon has been brilliant, I was unsure about health care as I used Vitality previously and had the worst experience with them, WPA have been excellent, Simon is so helpful, I could not recommend them more highly, Service, Customer Service 6 stars
