I had a really positive experience with WPA, and I want to especially mention Judith West, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.

From the very beginning, she made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly - not just the main points, but also the small print that often gets overlooked. That gave me a lot of confidence that I fully understood what I was signing up for.

Judith was also very approachable and gave honest, practical advice rather than just pushing a product, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed, and she was always happy to answer questions and go into detail where needed.

Overall, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WPA, especially if you get the chance to work with Judith.

We recently took out health insurance with Judith West. From making the initial enquiry, to us asking lots and lots of questions, she was patient, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. The service we received was excellent.

I have unfortunately needed to use Wpa for a recent accident with claiming for chiropractic care this has also helped with having eye appointment and part costs of new glasses

We were advised by Will Fowler from TR Health, he went through everything very thoroughly and asked all our questions. Initially, I was just interested in the cash plan product but Will explained the differences with the medical insurance and the price was so reasonable I went with that instead. Can't recommend Will or TR Health highly enough.

WPA are by far the best health service provider I have used. They are quick to help sort your health problems and your claims. They genuinely seem to want to help unlike my previous providers.

The wpa app is really easy to use and has been super valuable. The gp services are incredibly efficient and easy to use, and even have appointments on weekends.

Glen and his team are both knowledgeable and plain speaking. They do not baffle with jargon.
I hear only positive reports from friends that have filed claims and received prompt support and treatment.
All round good people, process and support.

Used their ‘fast track skin support’ as I have a benign but troublesome skin lesion’. Confirmed benign by skin service & stated that if I wished active treatment to contact WPA claims. I did & they refused stating it was merely ‘cosmetic’ However stated that they would have accepted a GP referrel for this lesion. 1st attempt to make a claim in 16 years of expensive cover & very disappointed.
