Making a claim through the website was very straightforward. The number of steps required was remarkably small. Payment of the claim was quickly made and there was an explanation of the payment amount which was clear and comprehensive.

I received when asking about having a well woman check. The checkup I had was very thorough and comprehensive and when I submitted the invoice I was reimbursed within 2 days. The claim process was so simple as well. Highly recommend.

Matt from Customer Services was”Awesome” in every respect! No question I asked was beyond his scope. And infact gave me the peace of mind that I have the finest Level of Cover and informed me that I have coverage that can be used alongside Travel Insurance incase of medical emergency. Matt was simply outstanding and upon reflection I’m so glad I chose WPA as my goto decision for my Health Insurance. Customer Service Staff are a great reflection of the company. Todays experience definitely helped my trust in WPA Grow even more then prior.

I cannot believe how professional this company were when I needed them. I required a small procedure and every part of my process took only 5 weeks!! My recommended hospital was Albyn Hospital, again extremely professional. I highly recommend WPA.

Third time lucky getting to speak to Lucy this evening. Was previously left confused by two other lengthy phone calls and no answer to my WhatsApp over the weekend but Lucy clarified everything I needed know, directed me to webpages whilst on the phone and explained particular parts of my policy and how the charges are billed. I spoke with Holly C at WPA and she was outstanding. She was charming, polite, patient, and friendly throughout. She explained everything clearly and guided me through what I needed to do quickly and confidently. Honestly, she was faultless. I’d hire her myself.

Harriet was extremely helpful, and made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble. Having had health insurance through various companies, WPA have consistently been the most helpful and easy to navigate.
