Brilliant experience
I came into your shop on 13/10 and was helped by Daisy Ball.
I firstly just wanted to say how amazing Daisy was. She put us at ease and clearly explained all options available to us. She was extremely professional and personable.
We had been back to our original retail and have a terrible experience but Wongs had been recommended to us as a place we could try in order to get an engagement ring repaired. The service in store was fantastic, no pressure to make a decision and every step checked and communicated with timelines and costings.
I am so excited to see my ring once repaired.

Amazing repair work x
I recently took my 12 year old engagement ring and nearly 10 year old wedding band to Wongs as i had noticed the claws securing the Tanzanite on my engagement ring had worn down and started to catch on clothing. I had a consultation with Zara who spoke to me at length about my options regarding repairs, she was very informative and just a really nice lady. I opted to have 4 new claws, the tanzanite polished and both my rings re dipped. I have just picked my rings up and they look brand new 😍 the sparkle and shine are on another level. Massive thank you to Zara for her amazing customer service, Justine for her unreal goldsmithing skills (is that the correct term 🤣) and also Gavin for his efficiency when i picked up my rings. Brilliant service all round would highly recommend 👏🏻 x

Absolutely outstanding experience from Wongs again. Zara was fantastic with helping design my perfect ring. The shop, atmosphere everything about the bridal experience has been phenomenal. Top class customer service.
Wongs have to be the best jewellers in the country! Not only do they design and make gorgeous, immaculate, stunning pieces but their after care and customer services are also amazing!
I am lucky enough to have had bracelets and necklace made for me by Mr Wong. I regularly pop into the beautiful Liverpool showroom to have them cleaned and checked over. This service is free and quickly completed giving me peace of mind and making my jewellery look it's best year after year.
At my most recent visit Charlene provided me with excellent service...so friendly and efficient...keeping me fully informed of the progress of my repair which was completed to the very highest quality. It's so refreshing to be made to feel so special and important to a business and to have 100 per cent confidence and satisfaction. Well done Charlene and thank you to Wongs!

Great service from Charlie…
We have recently been to Wongs following a recommendation and couldn’t rate our experience with Charlie higher. I wanted the the diamond from my original broken engagement ring resetting into a new halo ring and the result is everything I hoped for. Wongs have been nothing but amazing
Wongs have been nothing but amazing, friendly and welcoming throughout our journey with them. We initially bought an engagement ring with them, which they took so much care and time to help my now husband pick. This took us to picking out our wedding bands and finding out Wongs could melt down my husbands late dads ring into something more him, not only was this so sentimental but they took a video to document the ring going through the process. It turned out perfect and more than my husband could have wished for.
So well done Wongs you all hold a special place in our hearts for everything you have done for us to make our wedding day prefect!

Fantastic experience
I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for regarding engagement rings, but Sara went out of her way to look after me over a few appts and was always available over email, so glad I used wongs so efficient and the ring turned out to be amazing and my now fionce is over the moon! Amazing ear piercing
What a fantastic experience and service we had at Wong’s yesterday. I took my daughter along with two of her friends to have their ears pierced. Amazing service - Zara was so lovely. A great selection of earrings and all the staff went the extra mile to make it such a special memory for us all, even bringing out Roman the little puppy as a surprise at the end! Thank you so much I honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Best jewellers in Liverpool
We bought our diamond wedding rings from Wongs 18 years ago and recently popped in for their regular free clean. As always we received a warm and friendly welcome. I had knocked my engagement ring and…
I had knocked my engagement ring and damaged the prong holding the diamond. I went to see if it could be repaired and I had damaged it more than I thought. The repair was done to a very high standard. I was kept informed by the goldsmith as to when they started the repair and the ring is as good as new. All replaced too looks like new. Thank you

Excellent Service and repair
Wongs yet again have given excellent service. A diamond Bangle designed and made by Wongs 17 years ago needed a repair to the clasp after being caught in a door handle! No problem for Wongs, a quality repair resulted in a bangle looking as good as new!

Couldnt of asked for a better…
Couldnt of asked for a better experience! Ordered an engagement ring online, was contacted by the team the next day to say unfortunately because of the size there would be a delay and I needed it to take on holiday in 4 days to propose.
I was asked to come into the store to look for alternatives. Charlie at the store was amazing! She brought over a few options of ones similar to what I had ordered, but also shown me something different which I went with and the ring my Fiancé absolutely adores. Without the help of Charlie and her experience and professionalism I wouldn't have had the ring to take with me to propose.
This jewellers has been recommended by so many, my parents have bought rings from this company going back 20 years, and my now future parents in-law had a ring made by them only a few months ago.
Everyone in there are very nice and make the experience a great one. When coming back off the holiday the ring was too big, Charlie got this booked in for a re-size that same day so my Fiancé could wear it straight away.
Great experience and even better staff! Will be returning for our wedding rings!

I had my platinum solitaire earings repaired, the screw posts and clips were replaced.

My engagement ring was made 6 years ago…
My engagement ring was made 6 years ago (and had to be remade as they produced the wrong ring). After only 6 years, my diamond fell out in the shower. Apparently, the wear had been noted at the last clean but I was completely unaware that it had been “MOT’d” and that damage had been noted. I was under the impression I was signing the receipt as evidence that I had collected it. I now have to pay over £200 to fix it and have been told that it’s normal wear and it could happen every six years. If it’s normal, then all my friends must be abnormal as I don’t know anyone who has had this after just 6 years. I was offered a goodwill gesture of only having to pay £200 for it to be fixed. There is more poor workmanship on the ring which led to them asking if I had worn another ring and worn one side down. It was like that from day one.
