Jewellery redesigned
I turned up with a bag of jewellery that I no longer wore but still had sentimental value. Jenny and the team at Wongs worked with me to redesign the jewellery into something new. From design to the finished product I was included and consulted about the process. Friendly bespoke service
We’ve been to Wongs a few time between getting the most perfect engagement ring, to choosing our wedding bands and both times we’ve been to Charlie. We couldn’t recommend her enough. Not only is she lovely and made us feel so comfortable and at ease, but she’s also so knowledgeable and helped us make the best decisions for us based on the information we gave her. Above and beyond with knowledge and advice
Went into store regarding resizing issues I had for my fiance's ring that I purchased from a different jewellers. Ganesh the advisor was excellent with providing advice regarding having alterations made and advised me to be careful and considerate with my decision as I could risk losing lifetime warranty should I have work completed elsewhere. Ganesh provided me with prices for a multitude of different options including resizing, selling and repurchasing new however he was able to give me the advice necessary that allowed me to resolve the issue with the jeweller who made the ring and at no extra cost. Even though I did not make a purchase with Wongs, I am extremely grateful to Ganesh for his honestly and professionalism, he was not pushing towards a sale of any kind which gave me so much confidence in his words. As a result, I am all but certain I will be working directly through him and Wongs when purchasing a wedding band. A+ customers service, thank you Ganesh.

We had visited a number of jewelers but felt really comfortable with Anna at Wongs. She was so helpful helping us to make our decision, explaining everything in detail. I booked an appointment with Wongs to discuss an engagement ring, and could not fault the service and support, in particularly from Zara, who made the whole process stress free, offering expert advise while still encouraging personal touches. Great service from Danielle, sales executive helping me in designing the ring. When I collected the ring I was blown away with how beautiful it was. Then meeting up with Max the goldsmith who made my ring and down to the engraving he done made it an even more special keepsake.
I would definitely recommend Wongs jewellers to any looking for that special bespoke piece. Also the range of jewellery is amazing.

Fabulous experience
Our party visited last weekend looking for an engagement ring, just window shopping looking for advice and styles that suited my soon to be daughter in law and received a lovely greeting and introduction to Daisy who was going to take care of us. A bubbly Prosecco was enjoyed whilst Nadine tried on several rings looking for the style that suited most. Daisy was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all and really included all of us in the appointment. I was very impressed with the whole experience and it didn’t stop there as she also took us around the workshop where we saw a ring being cleaned which is a free service offered when buying a ring at Wongs. A 5 star experience from beginning to end, thank you Daisy you were fabulous and we will be back.

Wedding rings purchase
My fiancé and I visited Wongs to choose our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding in June. We were welcomed by Shauna who discussed with us at great length the style of rings we were looking for. She went through all of the options with us and was extremely patient and very knowledgeable! We have had to return a few times for resizing but finally collected them last weekend. Daisy made us feel very welcome and went through all of our options, in design process clearly. She even gave us a tour of the workshop and we chatted to one of the goldsmiths, who showed us around and demonstrated a ring polishing. What an amazing jewellers these are. My husband bought me a necklace unfortunately I lost a stone from it. Took it back for a repair, the service is next to non they couldn’t have treated us better if we had been royalty. Jewellery Repair
I can highly recommend Wongs Jewellers. They repaired a very delicate piece of Jewellery that I was told was not repairable by other Goldsmiths. The repair is excellent and unnoticeable. The staff are very professional and extremely courteous. I can't thank them enough for repairing a very old and sentimental piece.
