I cannot thank the team enough for making my daughter's birthday so memorable. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. The personalized birthday screen and champagne at the workstation were such lovely, thoughtful touches. They have a fabulous range of jewellery and charms to choose from. I’m absolutely obsessed and can't wait to go back to build up my own collection!

I visited Wongs in Manchester to choose and engagement ring.

I didn’t quite know what I was looking for but the whole team, and especially Jenny were great in showing me a selection and helping me to understand which would be best.

There was no pressure to rush into anything and once I’d decided Jenny helped ensure the ring was ready in time for when I needed it. The ability for the ring to be re-sized or exchanged if needed (thankfully it wasn’t) was also a great reassurance.

Can’t recommend Wongs highly enough if you want your little ones ears pierced. From the moment we set foot in the shop all the staff were so caring and patient with our two girls. Obviously they were nervous but the girls talked them through everything and made them feel very special. Well done ‘Team Wongs’ you were amazing. Thank you all.

A little bit late coming, but a huge thank you to Charlie! Over about a year she helped me design a gorgeous engagement ring for my partner, showing incredible patience as I dealt with a bereavement, and I helping make sure we got exactly the right ring. After my yes we then found out we were having a little girl and she looked after us even after that making sure we could sort any sizing issues after the little one was here.
Charlie was an absolute rockstar and I really appreciated all of her help!

What an amazing experience!! Daisy and Zara looked after us and the customer service was just incredible. My daughter felt like a celebrity! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming, she didn’t feel nervous at all after arriving. The earrings on offer were all beautiful, everything was explained in great detail and they made sure she was happy and comfortable.
She was given a certificate and teddy bear afterwards and she was beaming. I couldn’t recommend Wongs enough, my daughter is already asking for a second piercing!! Thank you all so much XxX

Picked up my beautiful wedding and engagement rings today after having them redesigned and size altered. Originally dealt with Sara, wonderful service and kept up to date all the way through the process. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and she was delightful. I have to say Sara and Charlie are a credit to Wongs, so professional and happy in their job it was an amazing experience. I have recently visited the Liverpool store to discuss have a wedding and engagement ring remodelled. I had made appointments for both visits and was seen straight away. I wasn’t rushed at all, plenty of time for me to explain my vision. I saw Danny on one visit and Anna on the next. Both of them were amazing! Listened to me, offered advice and offered rings for me to try on. They were both so good at their job; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The shop is beautiful and the whole experience was just 10/10. Excited to pick up my rings which I feel confident will be amazing.

I ordered an engagement ring online and collected at Wongs in Liverpool, the products are superb, really beautiful jewellery that I had no hesitation in purchasing, but what made this such an outstanding experience was the phenomenal customer service from the staff, Daisy in particular.

Daisy is an absolute credit to Wongs, I couldn’t imagine a better brand ambassador. She was friendly, polite, smiley and went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless shopping experience, explaining perfectly the products and services offered and the next steps for my journey in terms of resizing if needed and has left a fantastic impression to leave me feeling as though there is only one place I could possibly go for my wedding rings.

We attended Wongs in Manchester City Centre and was served by Danny. He was totally professional from the start, my daughter and I were looking at engagement rings outside through the window. Danny came out to greet us and asked if we needed help, he asked my daughter what design ring she liked and then invited us in to try some on. Danny sat us down and offered us a compilatory drink of prosecco then brought my daughter a tray of rings to try on. My daughter found her forever ring Danny knows his trade and is extremely knowledgeable and made this a truly memorable experience for my daughter the service we received was 10/10. I asked Wongs to make my wedding ring after I had previously lost it, my ring was an awkward design.
Zara dealt with me in a very professional manner on all occasions.
My ring had to be resized on two occasions, which Wongs workshop undertook. They got it spot where other jewellers failed.
I would have no hesitation in using Wongs for any jewellery needs

Had my nanas wedding ring remoulded to a bespoke shape and wongs couldn’t have been more patient and accommodating. They took extra care to ensure everything was perfect for me all the while being so friendly and responsive throughout. Loved my experience - thanks so much for everything xx
