Exceptional Service - Danny made the whole experience special
I had a fantastic experience at Wongs Jewellers in Manchester, specifically thanks to Danny. He guided me through the entire process of creating a custom engagement ring, and his expertise was second to none.
Danny was incredibly patient while we looked through various stone options to find the perfect natural purple sapphires and diamonds. He kept me updated every step of the way, from the initial design to the final workshop completion. His communication was brilliant, and he handled my many questions with total professionalism and a genuine passion for his work.
If you’re looking for a personal, high-quality service for a special occasion, I can’t recommend Danny and the team at Wongs enough. They made what could have been a daunting process feel like a real celebration.

Over the last 25years I have had a few…
Over the last 25years I have had a few pieces of jewellery made at wongs & have been nothing but blown away by how amazing they are. From the minute you walk through the door to the day you receive your jewellery piece you are treated amazingly. I have just had 3 deceased family members wedding rings pluss my own all melted down and made into one ring and it exceeded all of my expectations it is beautiful. Clueless lad trying to buy an engagement ring.
This was a lovely experience buying my first and hopefully last engagement ring. Even though I was in a rush as I was going to be meeting my partner, the woman who helped me was Daisy. I was quite clueless when it came to ring sizes and all the different types and finished. Daisy was super helpful and made this special moment even more special.

A gorgeous experience at Wongs
We dropped into the gorgeous Wongs store in the Arndale centre yesterday when browsing for wedding rings. We simply wanted to get a feel for what was on offer and we were greeted in a friendly, non pushy way by Daisy who instantly made us feel comfortable.
Daisy was amazing with us and we quickly found rings which were exactly what we were looking for. After confirming our order, Daisy offered to show us around the workshop which felt like such a treat to understand the craftsmanship which goes into the finer details of the jewellery we had bought into. All round the experience was amazing and we can’t wait to collect our gorgeous rings!

A bespoke experience
The customer service was brilliant, especially Danny. I walked into the store without an appointment and started looking around, a lovely member of staff approached and asked what I was looking for, that she would see that someone was with me soon and (soon enough) someone did come get me. Danny got me coffee and then asked about my fiancée and I, really got to know what we wanted and then suggested rings based on that. It was an entirely bespoke experience and I learnt so much from it.

We went into Wongs Jewellers in Manchester Arndale. The shop is so spacious with different seating areas. I decided to have my Diamond Engagement remodelled . It was so strange waiting 4 weeks without my ring. However, when Jenny opened the box i was stunned she panicked and said "whats the matter don't you like it"? I booked an appointment at Wong's to get a ring resized which I was a little apprehensive about at first but your lovely employee 'Charlie' reassured me and guided me to my best fit!
My ring was ready to collect in just over an hour. Great service, pleasant experience and 'Charlie is very professional and knowledgeable'. She's an 'asset' to Wongs!

Personal touches
We stumbled upon Wongs Jewellers in the Manchester Arndale shopping centre on our day visit to the city from Cumbria. The shop is lovely with different seating areas and had only been open for 5 weeks.
Daisy was very attentive on our impromptu visit. She listened to what I wanted and found a ring that was different and so pretty. The chosen ring is to be made in platinum and it was explained that this would take around 4 weeks to complete.
All the staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend a visit.
