Great to Deal With a Quality Business
We were given great advice by Zara her product knowledge is outstanding. We had some idea what we wanted and Zara picked them up and ran with them putting her own spin on them which we were more than happy with, the outcome was excellent- we purchased a new engagement ring for a long lost one which is beautiful and had some sentimental items remodelled by wings craftsmen which are stunning.
We were going to shop around but once we started talking we knew we were in the right hands, with great advice - a quality caring and professional independent local business- can’t than them enough

I recently bought an engagement ring…
I recently bought an engagement ring from Wongs and from the start they were brilliant. I walked in without an appointment but Daisy took the time out to sit and talk through everything I was looking for. Daisy happily showed me suitable rings and was able to share her knowledge too. From there on the communication was great and at no point did I feel rushed into a purchase. This communication continued after purchasing, where regular updates were given on progress and, when I could expect to pick it up. This helped me to plan my proposal.
The ring has also turned out perfectly and we are impressed with the quality. We couldn’t be happier with it!
Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Rings like new.
Great service. Had my engagement and wedding ring enlarged, and also a protruding claw on the engagement ring fixed. Done a great job on both rings, the claw has been filed down and no longer catches on everything. Both rings look like new too. Staff who served me were friendly and professional.

Best experience for my little girl
I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and the staff at Wongs made it feel super special for us and made a big fuss of my daughter who was so excited.
The certificate, teddy and the picture for their Instagram were lovely little additions and the earrings look lovely.
I would 100% recommend going there.

Workshop Experience Day
Visited Wongs in Liverpool last week to take part in a “day in the workshop” which my mum had won at a charity ball. We had an absolutely brilliant day, all of the team were super friendly and happy to help. I made a gold bangle from the melted gold to the finished product with Ben in the Workshop who was just so friendly, patient (VERY!!) and helpful. The day was made even more special by my mum being allowed to watch the experience as it was my nans gold that we used. Such a lovely special memory for us both! 🤍✨

We got welded..! …
My sisters and I came in to get welded and from walking through the door to leaving the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Jen customer service was outstanding and she was amazing showcasing the different chains and charms. Nothing was too much trouble. Max who welded us was just great- even giving us a tour of the workshop.

My little girl had her ears pierced by Zara,
She was lovely put us both at ease and was so informative and gentle she really made the experience.
The little teddy bear and certificate to remember the day was a lovely touch.
As her Mother it’s peace of mind knowing she has good quality ear rings in which she hasn’t had one problem with thanks again.

Wonderful Experience
The whole experience of buying jewellery in Wongs is special from beginning to end.
On this occasion we were expertly looked after by Jenny who assisted in the choice of a ring for our anniversary.
I had an idea of what I was looking for, Jenny showed me a selection of rings and within these was a beautiful ring in exactly the style I was looking for.
Resizing if needed is done in store quickly. A nice glass of Prosecco and a beer during purchase helped get the celebrations started.

We do buy gold items, but our offers are based solely on the gold’s weight and purity at the day’s rate, and we exclude any value for gemstones or diamonds. Unlike some jewellers, we don’t resell pre-loved jewellery - all items we purchase are melted down and recycled - which is why our valuations may differ from those offering a resale price.
We’re taking your feedback seriously and will be investigating this case and re-evaluating our pricing approach going forward. If you’re willing, we’d be grateful for the opportunity to make it up to you one day if you ever find yourself requiring our jewellery services.

I recently visited Wongs to choose a welded bracelet. Jenny went above and beyond to provide a range of options to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. Similarly with the weld itself, great care was taken so that the bracelet and charms looked as I imagined. Nothing was too much trouble. What an amazing experience. We booked a bespoke consultation to get my engagement ring rebuilt. Zara was amazing and spent the whole appointment trying to get to know what I wanted to create the most special peice. She took the time to understand fully what I wanted. I used some family jewellery that was very special to me to put towards the cost of the new engagement ring. She understood how special it was and was sensitive to this. We were shopping in Liverpool for a special 2birthday present for my daughter from her nan and grandad. After visiting several jewellers, Wongs stood out immediately for its outstanding customer service.

Jenny and Zara were absolutely brilliant! Jenny could not have done enough for my boyfriend when he first chose the engagement ring, from start to finish. My ring was slightly too big and so I visited the store and was greeted by Zara who was lovely and helpful and arranged for my ring to be resized. Simply amazing
From the minute we made an appointment for a consultation at Wongs, we dealt with the lovely Anna throughout our whole experience. I cannot begin to explain how amazing she has been! For someone like myself who didn’t have any idea on rings or diamonds, she was able to explain in a way I could understand whilst also asking every question my partner (who had been researching for a while) had to ask so thoroughly! Both of our appointments she has made us both feel so welcome, and made such a fuss of us when we were invited in after our engagement.
