I was extremely disappointed to have driven about 40 miles to get my pre-booked and confirmed private COVID inoculation only to be told that the pharmacy had not been advised it was a private appointment and they did not have the necessary vaccine. I was told they should have it tomorrow and I could come at any time so long as I phoned in advance to ensure they had both the vaccine and someone to administer it, unfortunately I have no plans to visit Scunthorpe, and the sole reason for my visit today was for the vaccination so I will be forced to travel another 40 miles. I know my choice of vehicle and the price of fuel is not their responsibility but it costs me about 50p a mile for travel and I am going to have to free a further 2+ hours of my time to get vaccinated. I think this is appalling service.

It took five days to receive my prescription in the post.

The service is good and I get them quick. Royal Mail deliver them and they know to put them.

Service from Well Pharmacy is usually good, however, had an issue with request for early meds due to vacation. Unfortunately this request took a lot longer than normal and so had to go on holiday without sufficient meds to meet length of vacation. This obviously could have caused issues but I managed to draw out the meds by occasionally missing a days meds. If it happens again I may have to seek alternative method for receiving meds.

I like the fact that I can send in a prescription request to my GP, they can send the prescription on to Well and they deliver it. The process is quick and efficient and I am kept advised by emails as to what is happening and the timing.

Good Experience and All else take long time to doing delivery.

As you once sent me completely the wrong tablets with even the wrong name on clearly marked packet I can only give you three stars

I am not currently happy within the services and I have to waited for two weeks. When I have a epilepsy conditions and I do need it first priority and I have to wait in the back of the queue
