Delivery Issues
The product selection was good and quick as always. Can’t fault that but the delivery was terrible. The package was delivered and left by the doorway of completely the wrong address. I was sent a picture to confirm delivery but it was clearly not my address and not a property I recognised. I did contact DPD and also on line Dr but heard nothing. Luckily the person who lived at the address where it had been delivered brought it round to me immediately and it was still cold and not tampered with. So all was not lost. I did contact on line Dr to let them know I was in receipt but still no response. I am definitely disappointed with the delivery process although I have not previously had delivery issues so I don’t know what happened this time.
