Waited 7 days for my codeine to arrive it's a very long wait and I didn't know how to cancel my order so that my GP could get it to my local pharmacy to collect the same day unfortunately I won't be using this again

Despite asking for a tracking number to be provided before delivery it wasn't given. For the second time I have had to wait at home all day for delivery. I do not think this is acceptable.

The app is easy to use. Order from your previous list of medication takes the thinking away. All previous orders with dates are listed too so if you forget you can look back. They remind you when you haven’t ordered every couple of weeks. They send prescriptions to your doctor. The delivery can be a bit slow but that is not this service that’s the mail. I allow a week or so for a timely delivery. It’s an effortless system that I recommend .

After receiving my repeat prescription via electronic means from Fforestfach medical centre on Tuesday the 20/10/2026 the Well pharmacy next door hadn’t processed it till the Friday 23/10/2026, instead now of my medication taking 3 days it’s now gone to 6 days, this is totally unacceptable and I would like to know how on earth this new way of doing things benefits the patient
