Once I eventually managed to get to speak to someone it was great. The app didnt work as easily as I thought for a returning customer. All was resolved and so far all is good.

Minor point in that the product VAT redemption process is a little clunky and not able to be made at point of order. However customer service very helpful and provided relevant form and details after delivery.
